  • On the first day on our holiday on Anglesey we have pizza for breakfast and have a look around Menai Bridge the first town on the island over the bridge.
We have a look at the dangerous waters of the strait ans spot the fire brigade on a training exercise.
Thank you so much for watching, it really does mean a lot to us.

The whirl pools can be very scary indeed. A great place to wake up to, I bet it's very peaceful for sleeping hearing the waves. xx

It was lovely listening to the waves. The whirlpool looks like the stuff of nightmares and not something we would like to have been caught in xx

    Pizza the breakfast of Champions.
Saunders-Roe is an amazing engineering company.
The boat could be a winter project.
Is that aa euphemism for playing on the water.
    Nice one folks

We have seen TH-cam videos of people looking round the Saunders Roe buildings but we weren't brave enough to try and find a way in. Have to admit we prefer left over take away curry for breakfast but sometimes needs must and we have to force pizza down😄

Thankyou. What's cyour caching name? We still cache occasionally when it suits but not anywhere near what we used to.
We enjoy making videos and usually get one out every Friday. 😀

A great part of the country, have not been to the foot of the bridge but it looks interesting to see the currents in the water.

The currents are so strong. We reaf that a lot of people have lost their lives there from being swept away.
We have renewed our love of Anglesey. Lots of videos to come from our week there. Have a good Bank Holiday

"I had no idea the tide came up this high!". I'm glad I did not have a mouth full of tea. Just another great episode my friends. I was wondering though, is your government working to slow the effects of climate change? I ask because when Daryl said that the house on that little point would be a nice place to live, my thought was, "For how much longer?". Here in America, various parts of our shoreline communities see regular flooding from the ocean now. Sorry if I'm bringing down the fun vibe. Anyway, thanks for the video. I hope all is well for you both? Over here, we are well. We have had a bit of rain, which cuts into our outdoor climbing. But life is good. Cheers my friends!

      Hiya.
Yep the tide gets really high. We do have some coastal erosion with cliff top houses falling in to the sea occasionally.
The government talk the talk but in all honesty I'm not sure what the way forward is. We certainly don't believe that electric vehicles are a part of the solution as the infrastructure in this country for them is nigh on useless. Charging points are unreliable and the range on vehicles not good. We have a few friends who are quite strong environmentalists and drove electric vehicles. They gave up on them and have now gone back to diesels.
All good here. Another bank holiday. Keith has gone up north to play rugby but I stayed behind at the caravan with the trio.

I'm with you guys on the electric vehicle dilemma. I am a proponent for bio-fuels. Nicole and I just got back from an impromptu climbing trip. Sadly, we got rained out this morning. We have been getting a lot of rain lately. Which is a good thing, unless our summer gets very hot and dry. Then the fires will hit. Anyway, enjoy your week, I will be looking forward to your next video. Cheers!
