Coast to Coast Hiking Adventure - Part 5 - Shap to Kirkby Stephen, Keld and Reeth - Obstacle Course

If you want to do this famours Wainwright Walk of 190 miles across England through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Moors, you need to know this is not a walk it is an obstacle course,
I set out from Shap into the rain for the second day and found an interesting place to camp and weather out the storm before continuing on Day 3 and 4 to Kirkby Stephen , Keld and Reeth. It turned out to be a battle across the bog and to avoid disappearing in mud. Thankfully I met four Canadians who helped encourage me and guide me across the dales past the Nine Standards and beyond. It turned out to be another big day hiking into the night before last minute finding a place to lay my weary head for another night.
