In France, choux crème is called choux à la crème, it's generally serve with hot chocolate crème on the top and it's called profiteroles. We used to serve it with ice cream in it instead of wipped cream!

Choux pastry is a staple of a lot of western pastry cuisine. Considering Japan's attitude towards France and French culture it doesn't surprise me that they have some food inspired by French cuisine. So yeah you actually didn't eat a Japanese treat, but a French treat with maybe a little bit of a Japanese twist.

But could you produce more videos, which show, how the life in japan is etc. Show maybe, how your job is like or how the traveling system is in japan or the school life etc etc. I'm talking about content, that shows the small things of japan. There are a lot of videos about the famous sights in japan, but there aren't a lot of videos about the dailylife in japan. I'm very interested in this style of content and would appreciate, if you could produce some videos with this content. Doing Vlogs, where you walk through the streets would also be interesting. Or asking some random japanese people, what they do and how they live their lifes and if they like it and so on.
