I appreciate the way you appear to be handling that event overall. I don't think there's a single person who would comment that's not scary. It absolutely is! I'm sorry that happened, but I'm happy to see that you're home with family. Take it easy, and rest up. I wish you well and hope that the tests come back all in your favor. Excellent video!! 👊🏻🍺
Gods blessings on you Mateo311. As a paramedic I have quite a bit of experience with events such as you experienced. The outlook is overwhelmingly positive. A good cardiologist will get you back in tip top shape.
Sounds like you might have had a panic attack. Definitely get checked out and cleared of anything more serious…but speaking from experience, you described the exact symptoms I went through years ago (in an airport too). Mine was due to anxiety related to PTSD…yours may well be due to emotional exhaustion from all your recent activity. In any case take care of yourself…stay healthy…if it means you gotta take a pause on content…we can wait. Love what you do!
Wow, didn't expect that, you seem to be a healthy guy. Get well soon! Too bad you couldn't go to the event.... but you're still among us. That's most important!

Bro, I'm glad to hear you were traveling with battle buddies. Take care of yourself and be careful of burning the candle at both ends. Thanks for the quick breakdown of Connect. I have limited time today so this fits into my day perfectly.
I'm really sorry to hear that you've experienced atrial fibrillation. Arrhythmias are always scary, no matter the type, and I completely understand how you feel. I've been living with PVCs for a couple of years, so I know how unsettling they can be. Thankfully, most arrhythmias, while frightening, aren't usually dangerous or something to be overly worried about. I hope your medical exams go smoothly and bring you some peace of mind.
Bro, you’ve got to take of yourself! I’m glad that you had people with you! Slow down and hug your fam! It’s all good man. We want you around gray and old!!
So sorry about the AFIB, Matteo... been there, doing that, thanks to a wonky Thyroid gland. Glad you're doing better, and sorry you couldn't get to Meta Connect. As I've mentioned way more than once, my hatred for the Quest 2 was deep and somewhat inexplicable--but I'm sooo tired of hearing people who were never likely to get the 3S in the first place complaining about the "Fresnel Lenses" on this headset. To me, that is NOT the Quest 3S's biggest problem at all. Listen, as the creators you featured in this video all said, Meta is not aiming this headset at people who are already into VR; Meta is seeking buyers who have no, or minimal, experience with VR--and buyers whose memories of VR come from the likes of playing with the Google Cardboard. Those users will be blown away by what the 3S has to offer visually. With a bit of word-of-mouth and good marketing, the 3S genuinely has the potential to finally make it feasible (and cost-effective) for experienced VR developers to create the sorts of games that VR enthusiasts have been clamoring for for years. MY biggest issue with the Quest 3S, and the Quest 3, for that matter, is Meta's continuing unwillingness to sell a WHOLE HEADSET to its users, by instead treating one of the most important parts of any VR headset like it's just another money-making accessory. I'm speaking, of course, of the Quest 2, 3 and 3S's sh*tty stock head straps. Meta continues to ignore the reality that, contrary to popular belief, the one thing that can very quickly turn a user's enthusiasm for VR into a deep aversion to playing in VR is an UNCOMFORTABLE HEADSET. While many Quest 3S buyers might decide to buy a better head strap at the same time they buy their new headset, the reality is, most new users will NOT want to fork out extra for a "fancy" head strap after dropping a few hundred bucks on their new Quest 3S. I submit that Meta's horrible stock head strap has far more potential to turn the average new VR user's Quest 3S into a closet decoration than the inclusion of those "old" Fresnel lenses will ever do. Seriously, Meta really, really needs to find another way to cover the loss they're taking by selling the 3S, etc., for the price they're selling it for, and STOP treating such an important part of their headset like a mere accessory, when it damn sure isn't. Particularly since (gods willing!) we don't have anything like Covid to keep users inside, and in the ecosystem, like we did when the Quest 2 came out. I fear that if Meta doesn't finally catch this clue, VR may have yet another "boom", as newbies discover the wonders of VR... only to have it be followed by a very disappointing bust, once the new-thing shine wears off a little, and they realize how uncomfortable keeping on a VR headset that has a awful strap can be. Anyway, and again, Matteo: so sorry you had the AFIB scare. Hope everything gets completely back to normal for you very soon!... ❤
Hey Matteo, the most important thing is that you're fine - take care of yourself man - drink your fluids and take a rest if you need. Thanks for posting the video !
I am sorry to hear about your health scare. Get well soon. For the MC, I like the look of the Quest 3s, I think that will increase the number of VR users, which has to be a good thing, and drive up VR sales. I just wish that Meta would pay more attention to PCVR, which seems to be the orphan child of VR these days, which is a shame as a lot of sim users see the Quest 3 as a budget entry point and the Quest 3s will surely enhance this view point. But.... I get so many questions on how to set up and get a decent PCVR image/performance balance, which leads to various trips into the ODT, and other areas of their computer. It shouldn't have to be that hard. The Rayban glasses I just don't get. It really feels like something that has a huge novelty value without really providing any great functionality. A solution that is looking for a problem. The Orion glasses on the other hand, once they create a smaller frame, has HUD, which is really what I want from a set of AR glasses. The Rayban option seems to just be an enhanced set of headphones, and I have plenty of headphones for my various uses, and a phone if I need to take photos, or videos, or ask Meta what I am looking at. Although usually I do know what I am looking at, so I probably wouldn't do that in actual real life. Anyway, really enjoying your content, and look forward to more.
Wow, gutted for you. Look after yourself. Thank you for the reminder on one of your previous shows to check back on Bullet-Storm VR on quest, Fun game to play (now) while I wait for Batman.

I’ve had that multiple times, usually due to caffeine aka energy drinks and then cardio. Hope you get it figured out, it can be a scary thing. My heart rate spikes to 240bpm when this happens and then my chest hurts.
Sounds like a panic attack. Had it myself (even panic disorder).. enough sleep, hydration and lowering or finding to cope differently with the stress situations are key. Besides meditation and sports in some way. In the first month of "rehabilitation" I couldn't be (longer than 5 minutes) in loud or narrow places or places where there are many people. Than I bought active noise cancelling earphones to distract me with the noises when I'm outside. (helped really good). And sleeping was a "nightmare" the first 2 weeks. Needed distraction and (soft) medication to calm me down at first, because with no exostimuli, my brain just pumped me with "artificial" outputs that stressed me out. That's where meditation was the most helpful.
For a second i thought it might be a panic attack until my watch went off. It was all rather random and I've never suffered from any form panic disorder before
Had the heart thing happen to me, so I cut out coffee and continued my intermittent fasting. Oddly enough I can drink certain energy drinks (Celsius) which has more caffeine BUT I guess coffee contains a more pure form of caffeine. The heart issue never came back and its been over 3/4 months now.
Señor Matteo. I’m going need you to keep your energy safe and put a face mask on when you travel ❤ 🤗. Glad you’re okay, looking forward to more content as always
Hope you are allright. Any ideas what triggered this? Not enough sleep, too much stress overworked, jet-lag influencing your health? Sometimes it can be a simple and stupid cause like not enough water. Wish you good luck that there is no serious and constant cause behind that experience. However i have irregular heartbeats sometimes aswell, including beeing close to pass out. I found out that i was sleeping not horizontally in my bed since my floor is not longer perfectly even and sank a bit on the edges of my room. So blood was flowing in my head while in bed and htis added additional stress to my heart in a time, where it should regenerate. After fixing that problem, i feel better - still yet i can have problems and provoke heartproblems by earing to tight shorts (may be some veins are squeezed too much in that case and can cause a jam in my body). So if your docs do not find a clear answer/cause to your problem, be patient and watch out for those little things.
@@Gamingwithmatteo311 Yes, but keep in mind, stress and anxiety can cause AFib! Super common. You're doing the right thing, get everything checked, and if it's nothing else, you know what it is...
At the very least, stress can exacerbate and cause an AFib episode. My guess is you have high blood pressure and stress. I'm curious to see the diagnosis, let us know you're okay regardless and what is was. Thanks!
Glad you stayed home and just took care of it... your lifestyle and job is dope and a godsend so keep it up but know we are all getting older :) and we just need to listen to doctors and our bodies at this point lol
Ah yeah, I've had some scares in my family with tachycardia and it sucks. Glad to hear you're okay and that you made the choice to head home, hoping the best for you man
Take care and don't do anything "funny" until your doctor confirms it's okay. I know what it's like to have heart problems. Don't underastimade it because it can escalate very badly very fast, and at the same time, many issues can be cured with appropriately selected pills.
It's always nice to be cautious, but it's important to see the right doctor too. When I went to check my body, clearly my number was high and I saw 2, 3 doctors they all assured me I was fine, so I didn't pay attention to it, then how little did I know they were wrong, so I got my kidneys worse.
Is it possible it was a panic or anxiety attack? I've had both in the past and they both can cause your heart to beat rapidly and skip beats. Reason I know this is because after the last one I went to the doctor and got checked out to make sure nothing was wrong with my heart. Everything was okay despite the AFib (which only happened during the attacks). Thankfully I haven't had one since then and that was around 10 years ago. These attacks can also come on for what appears like absolutely no reason. I've had them even when everything in my life was going perfectly. Best wishes, Matteo. Hopefully it won't be anything serious.

Idc if you are a Trumper and I'm glad you don't bring politics or your religious beliefs in as I bet I just alientate myself more by doing so myself. I love TOOL and RatM, Pusicfer, Alice in Chains, "Dad Rock." When life starts to fade dude, that's a reminder of our fragility. Nothing lasts forever. Trump, Kings & Queens go in the same hole and get eaten by the same worms! Enjoy you much man! Plz keep working the youtube magic you do! Every video is a treat sir.
Glad you are doing ok..take care mate🇦🇺😊
I’ve had that multiple times, usually due to caffeine aka energy drinks and then cardio. Hope you get it figured out, it can be a scary thing. My heart rate spikes to 240bpm when this happens and then my chest hurts.
@@amigo3284 240 i would be a goner
It was all rather random and I've never suffered from any form panic disorder before
Scary! Be well and take care!
Get well soon!
You made the right call. Your health is important.
Do you have anxiety issues? This is also a telltale sign of a panic attack.
I don't... so this was very strange. I thought panic attack until my watch went off and said afib
Thanks!
My first thought was that it could have just been a panic attack triggered by the watch's scary (and possibly incorrect) AFib notification.
I wish you well Matteo. The 3S is exciting, I’m hoping my sister gets one.
Glad you stayed home and just took care of it... your lifestyle and job is dope and a godsend so keep it up but know we are all getting older :) and we just need to listen to doctors and our bodies at this point lol
I just need to know when I have to have my new Q3 for Batman
Praying for your health and encouragement: Phillipians 4:6-7. Hope you feel better soon.
Ah yeah, I've had some scares in my family with tachycardia and it sucks. Glad to hear you're okay and that you made the choice to head home, hoping the best for you man
Glad your OK. Take care ❤
You poor thing! I hope you get some rest and everything is ok with your heart. That sounds really scary! Glad your home with your family 💕
Glad you're ok now Matteo!
@@Dinool i got the ok and already did my "funny" business 😉
@@Gamingwithmatteo311 , great to hear that. 😁
Hope you feel better.
Hope you feel better
Glad you are ok
Oh man that's sucks, I hope you feel better and it doesn't happen again.
@ClellBiggs I've never had one so I can't really say but there was 0 trigger. It just happened
