Genshin Impact : Power creep is real, but it’s pretty slow. The endgame isn't that challenging, so it doesn’t really matter in the long run. What’s more important is having a variety of characters rather than relying on just one "strong" character.
ZZZ : Miyabi has basically powercrept everyone in ZZZ right now, but she's an exception. As a Void Hunter, she's meant to be one of the most powerful characters in the universe. For now, 1.5 characters are roughly on par with the older ones, so it's too soon to make any final judgments.
HSR : Power creep here moves a lot faster
Well it depends on the Hoyo game generally. HSR is the most apparent and obvious with powercreep, ZZZ is a little more tame but still out there, and Genshin is there but it doesn't hit so hard when the game's difficulty doesn't scale with the powercreep.
It's nearly nonexist in Genshin, with just a few exceptions, but the game's ease makes it negligible. It's still too early to tell with ZZZ. However, Honkai Star Rail is a whole different matter...
Yeah StarRail legit is powercreep galore. Try using old units, you're screwed.
It's not noticeable mainly because 1.0 characters were a mistake and overlooked mechanics. Bennet is B tier turned into monster when he can both heal and atk buff. Fischl, Xiangling and Xingqiu last for a long time due their ICDs and off field dmg.
Meanwhile, HI3rd being the worse, with older valkyries being useless (sometimes in the span of 2-3 patches), and yet always going under the radar.
It's because hi3rd is not mainstream

Stronger characters for higher hp enemies 👊
@ it doesn’t change the fact you don’t have even a second to break your pace because you have to keep getting the newest dps to keep up with the inflation
Me still clearing with Seele. Build decent teams and you will be fine.

In zzz replace anomalie team for the 3 time is just dumb, like, Jane, then Burnice, then Yanagi, now Miyabi.
Hope anomalie is not gonna be really bad in next patch, because i see it coming like a mountain -_-.

Hp inflation in HSR is making me want to quit the game.
and in HI3 the powercreep is fucking horrible, old units are unusable
