I really appreciate the shorter shots of the CNC running in real time, plus the tip about the oramask and a heatgun is perfect!

i like your leverclamps, how do you avoid to pull up the workpiece? why use the "oramask" ? because of edge quality? no ripoffs? i do like this: Workpiece sanding + fine sanding. Cutting text and ornaments, depends on indoor or outdoor , color the text and ornament, than sanding finish, oil or wax for indoor, epoxy transparent painture for outdoor.

Cool video man, that was neat to see. I have been spending a few days researching, but just can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for. I mill extra wide slabs. Up to 7' wide and up to 14' long. I have not been able to find any systems that cover those dimensions. Do you have any ideas on where I can keep looking?

Awesome video, great tip on tiling. Do a 3D project that requires pins and flipping on an 840.

We may be showing pins and flipping on a upcoming electric guitar build ..

No need to heat up the Oramask...comes off just fine without heat. Been using it for 10 years.

It comes off fine, but sometimes it will take some of the wood with it, pulling the grain out when taking it off. Using the heat prevents that. Not necessary on all woods, but some are worse than others.
