The World Didn't Hear: "Being With You" "Everybody Get Up" "We've Got To Fight" "Moments Of Love" & "WHY" which I think was released, but the promotion may have lacked heat or interest just didn't increase after this 1st Single. "Irresistible" & "Falling" I believe I saw Import 12" Singles for those tracks, but not totally sure if they were officially released as singles.

C Marshall It was a very good track. Some tiles record labels don’t have a clue. I think Cathy suffered from issues with promotion on her 2nd and 3rd albums. She’s much more talented than she gets credit for

You got premier material, On other hand, is so awesome that I liked new artists songs particularly not the newcomers, but what I mean is that found out Cathy Dennis wrote the songs, from newcomers I dont like, I simply liked paramoid wierdly and I get surprised to found out the real reason of my like, as Cathy wrote it, I searched for Paranoid from Jonas Brothers, I loved that song no other from them, and I searched and found why I love that only song from them, is almost mystical somehow because same happent with several other tunes around where Cathy Dennis is behind, but frustrating that she is not performing though, I love her and think her voice is tasty like honey, I would love see one of her shows live by these 2015 or 2016, Thanks for the sharing Andrew Peckett and happy new year, let me know for news of Cathy, regards and hugs from Chile 😉
I absolutely loved this song when it was first released (and still do now). OK, Shep put his spin on the whole album but a woman scorned is not to be messed with! ;)
She killed her glorious image that made her famous. When the second album was released I imagined her with the short hair, a fantastic tight suite and the iconic gloves. There is a video in YT from a performance in Oprah show. That's the Cathy I loved. So pretty much she returned with a generic and boring image. The first single You Lied to Me demanded an agressive coreography and she could not pull it off.
M 3cinco Everyone is entitled to an opinion and that is yours. I don’t agree that the song needed aggressive choreography. The song has an uptempo best but the song is about her lover that has cheated on her. She just needs to show that she’s pissed off and that she does really well.
The hook is nowhere near as strong as those on her first album. Also, it looks like they've recycled the set for Express Yourself from Madonna's Blond Ambition tour.
1) This half-baked song simply wasn't anywhere near as good as 'Just Another Dream' or 'Touch Me (All Night Long)'; 2) Cathy Dennis initially had a very distinct and sexy-looking appearance that made her rather unique and quite a sight to behold -- but here she looks like she's trying to copy Madonna and it doesn't suit her at all. 3) Her vocal performance on the chorus starts to wear on you after a minute or two. The whole endeavour from start to finish was a total fiasco.
Cathy obviously wanted to change style and change things up. You can say it's a fiasco but that's your opinion, of course. Cathy copying Madonna? She was wearing clothes, so you can't say that! I really enjoyed this song on release and Cathy was maturing. A song about a woman being scorned and maybe a male who can't cope with her change and her being better.
