The inspiration behind this video:
The Pendragon Cycle is a series of historical fantasy books based on Arthurian legend, written by Stephen R. Lawhead. The cycle was originally planned as a four-book series, but the original publisher opted to stop after the first three books, resulting in an abrupt ending to Arthur and the existence of many unexplored stories and plotlines. The first three books were thus originally called "The Pendragon Trilogy". Lawhead moved to a new publisher a few years later. It was decided to expand on the trilogy by finishing the series, and two additional books were planned.
These books, Pendragon and Grail, are interquels that take place in between events covered in Arthur. Lawhead later wrote a final book Avalon, which is not considered to be a true addition to the cycle but rather a "related semi-sequel" to round out the "Once and Future King" aspect of the legend. The film and television rights to the series were purchased by DailyWire+ in November 2022.

As an Englishman its very strange to hear this narated by an American voice. Probably a welsh accent would be nearest .

Well. I'm sure glad all,those award winning commentators expressed that it was fan made as a pejorative. They saved me from appreciating the care and expertise that shows in how they melded from scratch everything.
To be clear: this fan trailer is really good. REALLY good. But even a fool can have a negative opinion and feel it's wisdom.

They had really better do this justice. The books are among the best I’ve ever read and tell a fantastic story that is very intricate. Trailer doesn’t look a patch on the production values of winter king though.

Studios don't even bother anymore. "Nahhhh don't bother learning how they spoke back then, american accents will do"
This is not a real trailer. The studio hasn't released one yet. Someone stitched together footage from the production diaries and did their own voice over. From what I've seen, a lot of care is going into historical accuracy for this show, including language and accent coaching
Arthur’s table was round to enforce equality. That’s too woke for the Daily Wire
Not worried about a table, if Disney or other in Hollywood did this. Merlin would be black and female, and probably a lesbian. Nothing wrong with any of those things, but not when it's forced, which it always is these days.
Yes but, gaining a seat at the table was done via pure meritocracy. So its not so commie as to be totally unacceptable.
