    Hey I lost my cochlear and the app don’t even work to try it. How I use the app? Does my cochlear have to be on order to find it?????

    Hi, my name is Fabricio Henrique, I'm Brazilian, I have a serious problem, my hearing aid isn't left, I connect it to my iPhone 11, and when I can connect it, it comes out immediately and it appears to have a battery even though I let it charge for hours. Please help me

    I have been a happy owner of the Kanso2 sound processor. I bought the Resound ENZO Q™ 9 BTE hearing aid to work seamlessly with my Kanso 2 on my iPhone XS MAX. Initially, my doctor was able to connect my hearing aid with my sound processor. Unfortunately, during my subsequent visit, the doctor changed the settings of the processor, which caused it to stop working with my hearing aid. Since the purchase, my hearing aid has not had any changes in settings, as the program initially selected by my doctor was satisfactory. However, the doctor is unable to reconnect the processor to the hearing aid. Since then, I have been living in constant stress, as I need the ability to change the settings of these devices, especially for work purposes. In my position, there are many video calls in various acoustic environments, which require quick changes in the settings of my hearing devices, which I make through my smartphone. That is precisely why I purchased this particular hearing aid model, to work well with my sound processor. Unfortunately, no one in Poland can help me with this issue. I am desperate and therefore seeking help everywhere.
    The situation is as follows:
    1. My iPhone recognizes these devices as separate with completely different names: User's Hearing Aids - hearing aid, MF Hearing Devices - Cochlear Kanso2. The screen can be viewed at this link: 1drv.ms/v/s!AuF4bfHDir00ivxTBRv8ouCRpNqUMQ?e=8NyNNl

    2. I do not have the ability to choose between devices, but the options for choosing between them change.     3. All applications such as Nucleus Smart, Resound Smart 3D have the latest software updates. Also, the operating system on my phone is up-to-date.
