Wonderful, you shouldn't have any problem to charge it. At least try it first before buying a new one!

@@natasaburnett5201 :Thank you! I actually learned something today just before I started this job. My intention was to add a 12V connector to charge the battery from the glovebox so I also can easily maintain the charge later, and hopefully the battery is OK. (The existing 12V connector in the left glovebox can not be used to charge the battery). But wires are prepared inside the bike to add a connector inside the helmet compartment under the seat. I have not started on this job yet, but it seems super simple where you basically just mount the connector and everything is prepared. I learned this in a C650 group and it seems that not many knows about this. I can share the drawings if it is of interest.
