Yes, you can "know" in your gut, but arrests aren't made on gut instinct, there has to be proof and video doesn't lie. This is why I advocate whenever a man encounters a woman and things start to go south, pull out your phone because you could find yourself in jail when she plays the victim even though she was the aggressor.

I felt the same way. I know that she is working really hard to make herself unlikable and to bait someone into lashing out at her. But she also seems like she genuinely feels threatened by everyone and everything. The woman recording the trees, the size of the woman’s dog, even though nothing happened between their dogs. She jumps to every horrible conclusion and seems to put great effort into making those dreadful projections come true. She is met with patience and unwavering rules. She needs to fight against something. She is unsettled and I do not believe that her only problems are being entitled and narcissistic. The officer talks about helping her many times. Narcissists do not typically require repeated help from law enforcement.
Anyway, her repellent behaviour reminds me of someone in my life who has mental illness. She doesn’t just seem selfish. She seems truly unhappy. Even in her rage filled quest to bring chaos and misery to all around her she shows no satisfaction just her bleak forecast of doom. If she ends up in a terrible situation she knows deep down that she drove herself there. In the end she can control just that.

In small towns, local residents get to know who lives in their community and probably attend the same church or even shop at the same store, so you can't go blagarding her or her family on your assumptions taken from a TH-cam video that doesn't actually show all the events that lead to the confrontation. The cops clearly just had to escalate it into an arrest and make it a bigger issue than needed, if she was less defiant to the cops and let them speak down to her and groveled she probably wouldn't have been arrested, but she challenged their egos and had to pay for it.

I don't understand how people aren't seeing the many signs or mental illness or mania that this young lady is having. She mentions people are filming her and that they already know who she is. The cop says he's a friend of the family and has helped her many times before (most likely she's had episodes like this before as the officer knows confronting her isn't the way and immediately begins being patient with her and de escalating her when she gets there)
The unnatural energy and the erratic things she's doing with her feet when she sits down.
This is happening to her too. It's not choice.

Meaning her family comes from some sort of influence. You would think she would listen to the cop who knows her, but she just doesn't care about the consequences of her actions. She was a terror to her siblings ( also from Russia) and a total disaster in the classroom. Her behavior, both overt and covert , was so disruptive, and most other kids feared her. @@sharondoan1447 Not really sure what you mean by "if they had done anything other than respond in the most polite way..." The law dictates that an LEO cannot use excessive force on a subject arrestee... so her continuous vocal complaints do not mandate the officers to do anything but transport her to the station/jail/prison which is what he did. As for resisting without violence, the same doctrine applies. The only exception I viewed is that as a discretionary measure, LEO could've implemented a "hobble" to restrain her from banging/kicking his glass restraining in the cruiser and even then they are only allowed to apply just the force needed to affect the restraining device. Love seeing folks in the comment section who CLEARLY don't know the law posturing about what cops could/could not have done in the face of nonviolent misconduct on the part of the arrestee. They can't do SH*T under the circumstances presented in this video. Learn the law.
