Juniper Change of Dress

Change of dress is a grafting technique to have a better foliage on a tree for aesthetic purpose . In this video a prostrata juniper grafted kishu is reworked to adapt the news shape to the new foliage tipe and create a much better bonsai . With the help of Philip we wire and restyle the foliage and I think the final result pays back for all the previus years of work.

Grazie Mauro per i preziosi video, ho di recente re-invasato un grosso ginepro che aveva saturato di radici il suo vaso… a 2 settimane dal rinvaso mi sta scattando qualche squama ingiallendola…è una reazione normale visto che ho toccato anche il pane radicale dopo 5 anni dall ultimo rinvaso ? Grazie dell’aiuto e al prossimo contenuto

Ciao Gabriele . Se sono ramini interni puo essere che la pianta stia spostando energia sulle parti terminali visto che ora ha spazio nel vaso per radicare
