God Bless you my friend. I have been in a similar situation with heart failure ending me up with an LVAD for 9 months before they found a heart which I received at the demise of another man. There was a low point, days before the organ arrived that I felt like expiring was the best route but we are fighters! We pulled through to strum on borrowed time
This is good stuff, and a barrel of fun. And you're a great player, Clayton. Love the little lesson here. I'll be latching onto some things here. Rock on! Subbed.
It's the new Epiphone '59, I've had 3 of them and a Greeny, I sold the Ice Tea one. I take them apart right out of the case, redo the nut shape, do the ends of the frets with diamond end file, redo any slots if they're too high, polish them. Unsatin the whole guitar, top ,back and sides, age the hardware. create a surface on the headstock to put a Gibson truss cover, and the Name, if they're gonna cut the headstock exactly like the Custom Shop Gibsons, then I'm putting the name on , it's over 20 hours and 3 days to make that guitar what it is. And, being I've owned well over 50 Gibson USA's and Custom Shop Les Pauls since 1994, I know what these are, they have USA stuff beat IMO.
Maybe she could join you in making music ? Thanks for sharing your work, I play and teach also besides having health issues as you do. My wife of 15 years died and so I have some extra time on my hands. We should collaborate on a song ? Michael
just the Epiphone '59 into a roland Cube 10gx, that's it, Dimarzio '59 paf's in the Les Paul, I have the custombuckers that go in it also, but I have a Factory 'Burst with those in it
Thanks for the insight Clayton keep on keeping on 👍😎👍

powerful story, yessir, keep on rockin'
Good video. I Just bought another Epiphone, this time I went for an older 2004 G-1275 Double Neck. Now I got both Page-ish guitars.
cool, have fun changing those strings. I had a Gibson 1275 back in 1994, ser# 933333. Also like Page's

Am I rude for asking, Clayton? May I? Am I out of tune? Or are you maybe tuned down a half step like Stevie Ray or... ?
I do tune down a half step sometimes, I also have standard tuning. I usually mention it in my videos
yes, this is a half step down, I now have new strings on it and it's in standard, but this video is 1/2 step down
