Police confirmed the two bodies found in a quarry on Monday are that of Leila Lees, 18, and Ethan Kirkland, 19. Stellenbosch University student, Ethan, and his girlfriend Leila went missing on Friday.
On Monday, police and rescue services converged on a vacant plot where passersby spotted a car matching their maroon Subaru Forester.
