So, morpho knight is a dream eater butterfly. That explains the recurrence of butterflies throughout dream land. And it seems that it gets its power from eating powerful dreams.

@@MegaJACproductions From the perspective of Galacta Knight, all his combats are canon, but he is still alive, he appear in Súper Kirby Clash, so he survive, also thanks to this combat we can see that the guests of Morpho Knight survive, so... He just is waiting that someone summon him again, maybe Elfilis with that portals can do it.

Why do I feel like the butterfly is the true villain in the Kirby series? If this ending is canon, then that could likely be the case. It literally absorbed the second strongest warrior in the galaxy AND soul forgo
Some think, that Galacta night and Elfilis are 2 of the 4 heroes that stopped void before, so perhaps he's gonna eventually get all 4 and become the true final boss of this "arc" of the kirby series.

Morpho Knight absorbed Galacta Knight and gained a similar form to his, and now he absorbs Soul Forgo and his homing spirit attack takes the form of Forgo. Could Morpho Knight be claiming all of Kirbys greatest enemies so he can be come the antagonist of a later game?

I saw a theory that he's a deity who goes after entities that have been alive for too long. Both Galacta and Fecto Elfilis/Forgo have both been passed due for their rest
This is honestly my personal favorite “extra mode” finale out of the modern Kirby games. Every phase is challenging, incredibly intense, and it doesn’t overstay its welcome
Also Leon’s second form is genuinely terrifying

I wonder if the butterfly is actually a friend and the reason it possessed Galacta Knight and Soul Forgo is because it wanted to stop them from actually killing Kirby, but at the same time it has to let all of their malice out hence the fight.
He is pretty much a Grim Reaper that gets rid of those who should have been dead

For more better and less worse Morpho Knight acutally saved the universe and managed to get one of the lions friends to revive him. But he still wants to KILL Kirby.
Actually, morpho knight its a messanger of the apocalypse, he dont save the universe, he just absorb someone with a lot of power to being him the destroyer of the universe
Not entirely. Forgo/Elfilis is freed after Morpho's defeat, you can catch a glimpse of him teleporting away after the latter disintegrates. Thats how Chaos Elfilis comes into being, cuz of Morpho's power being added to it.
That damn butterfly again! Here's hoping it stays dead this time!... Eh, it absorbed Galacta knight last time, and now it absorbed that big energy thing, it'll be back.

We have to keep in mind that there are MULTIPLE of these butterflies. Considering they need Any host to transform, this could be an issue.
There were at least 3 seen at the end of Robobot. I expect at least one more appearance.

Well Galacta Knight is a "Temporal Warrior" who may possibly be able to traverse time and space including alternate timelines, so it is possible that those abilities passed on into Morpho Knight.

Forgo Leon’s voice is surprisingly telling. Like, while Forgo has control over his body, Leongar is still in there somewhere, trying to fight it’s influence. Every time he throws an energy attack it sounds like he’s in pain from Forgo using his body as a vessel. In the second phase, it seems like Forgo’s influence on Leongar’s body is dwindling, as rather than a bright purple glow around his body, it dims as Forgo begins to appear on the outside in the form of a black cloud with white spots covering Leongar’s face. Forgo is trying to stay in control, as he throws more energy attacks and the pain in Leongar’s voice intensifies further, like he’s trying to break free. It especially becomes apparent at 4:02.

Morpho knight isn't at full potential yet, if it teleports quickly while firing a fast homing shot every time it warps and then leaves after images that does the sonic blast...

This confirms one of 2 things:
1. Morpho knight did not get its Meta Knight-esque form from Galactia Knight, but that is its true form, and it just needs substantial power to enter a true form.
2. Morpho Knight maintains the abilities of those it absorbs (less likely)
This is the canon debut of Morpho Knight.

If I used a copy ability (which I'd very much rather do) in the final boss fight, it'd be the Meta Knight sword copy ability evolution so I feel like I'm playing as Meta Knight, who is my #1 favorite character
I love the Meta Knight sword ability so friggin much. Not only is Kirby adorable with the edgy mask and tiny fake wings strapped onto his back, it also feels so cool to swish swishity swoosh around three times faster than the regular sword ability.
