Ms Williams, besides being a beautiful woman like my wife who I LOVE, you’re a beautiful soul. Sidney is Sidney. I think he’s a good dude who needs a great woman such as yourself and I think you both could be the power-couple of comedy. My wife IS my best friend in this world. We started as friends with no benefits to husband and wife. The interaction between you both is exactly what WE have 31+ years and we still LOVE each other as friends. Pray 🙏 on it.
Absolutely love Tacarra's vulnerability and expressing how even her cup is full. This podcast is so real and so needed. Thank you Sydney for creating a space where comics, doctors, engineers, bums, etc. can feel seen and giving people the verbiage to express very real feelings. ALSO, love the fit Syd!!!
Listening to Tacarra I accept more and more that we just care way too much about what other ppl think. We have to zone in and say what do I need and want and think way more often❤
Aside from you being my favorite comedian right now , I look forward to these conversations cause it validates the fact that no matter how big we may seem to another person(s), we're all still human and have our own set of emotions and past/present life experiences that make us who we are, for better or worse. Thank you Sydney for this vulnerability, I truly appreciate and admire you dog.
15:00 if you watch Tacarra you know she’s NEVER really got into this topic and I’m happy to see her working through that privately and publicly at her disclosure.
I lost the father of my child 3 years ago in a tragic way and I will NEVER get over it. We literally talked the day before and just like that…smh he was gone. This episode hit home for me. Thank you Sydney and Tacaraa for this episode. ❤
Losing someone is hard. I lost my kids father 14 yrs ago and I still miss him. We were high school sweethearts. Then I lost my daughter last year and me and my poor son are lost out here. They're 9 yrs apart but they were so close. I hurt for him and me. ❤❤
Congratulations Adrienne!! 🎉 Also, definitely appreciated the origin story. I was at the ATL show and asked about Tacarra being a permanent co-host because y’all brought such great energy in the prior episodes. Thank y’all for being vulnerable and sharing your stories with us. Funny people oftentimes go through some real shit and I think it’s beautiful that the podcast has created a space for the other side of the funny to be addressed. Much love and big ups for making your people proud 💛
@TacarraWilliamsComedy We appreciate the work, effort and energy y’all put into this craft. Sometimes people tend to forget y’all are human and need to be able to express yourselves like everyone else.
Hey Sydney, I really enjoy your podcast. It's like storytime and I'm here for it. Love the comedy chemistry between you and Taccara, everything just flows well. Thanks for sharing the back story. Hopefully ppl will stop trying to put y'all together lol. Also, really wanted to thank you both for talking about anxiety and mental health. About a year of so after Covid and all the changes we went through, I started having some anxiety and began having migraines (which I believe were caused by stress). I even had a panic attack [didn't realize it at the time] on my way to work and drove myself to the hospital, thinking I was having a stroke, heart attack or something else serious. Only to have the doctors run labs, EKG, etc, and of course they didn't find anything. I realized that I was carrying a lot of stress and not sharing with anyone. I had to take a step back and just breathe and stop internalizing everything. And I started learning how to say NO and not feel guilty about it. Sorry I wrote so much, just wanted you to know that by sharing your journey, you're helping others with theirs. Peace and blessings 🙏🏾❤️
So glad the sound corrected around the 11:25 mark, lol. I remember watching Tacarra's TH-cam videos where she explained everything that happened with the ex and the new wife. Comics were definitely mean to her, she was trying to tell her side. Congrats to the newlywed studio owners 🎉🎉
I appreciate you sharing the story about the apology you received in public to account for the public disrespect you received, Tacarra. It's important to make amends to people you've hurt but sometimes it requires that amends to be public because everyone "heard" the bad things that were said so everyone needs to "hear" the things that were said that were wrong. I'm glad you received that!
I loved this episode. I recall the shock of the comedians I follow when Nick passed. It was so sudden and unexpected. Hearing her speak some about it and what she is feeling and going through was good. ❤
From watching 50 million other podcast, I knew Tacarra was Nick's ex wife and a friend to a few of the other comedians. I didn't realize so many didn't understand why they both, as well as others, respect that boundary.
We love you Tacarra ❤ I love that you addressed the mental health aspect of grief! Your vulnerability is amazing and you truly are talented I love your segments 🤣
For a comedy podcast, I really respect the openness, vulnerability, and introspective points of life. Also, I'm a big fan of both comedians, so this got me tuned in! 💯
10:25 Tacarra is introduced. I didn't know Sydney & Nick were friends. I've been following Tacarra for a while. The interactions I heard about via comedy acts & the joint podcasts with Tacarra's second husband:. I didn't see divorce coming. I wish everyone well.
Fam, this podcast, yo. It's loving, beautiful & necessary. Healing. When our brother told our sister, "Like I told you, you make Nick proud"...🥹. I had to pause the video. Healing in unison (y'all & us) - 1 episode at a time 🙏🏿❤️.
This is just a suggestion. Tocarra and Carmen should go on tour together and call it “In the Nick of Time” that might be a great sign of growth and maturity.
Syd !! 🐸 I’m glad you’re back in the podcast game ! Love hearing Do in the intro 🫶🏾 Congrats on your special 👏🏾 && I’m glad to see Tacarra doing well 🙌🏾👖#iykyk 😆
I hope one of these you invite Tahir :) I have came a long long way with coping with my anxiety but now....any little thing can set it off like all that hard work means NOTHING. However I'm glad I am where I am in life
Watching this on my late dad's birthday, grateful for the transparency & genuine conversation comedians like y'all have. That's why I support y'all. Keep it real & authentic. Hope ya both visit Phoenix in the future.
Last night, I wasn’t able to watch, so I commented predictions based on the title. Now that I’m hearing the content, it’s really about things way deeper. Thank you for sharing. You’re both doing amazing things. And honestly, I do feel Tacarra’s comedy gets better at better each year. I binge the clips now, and I never used to do that. So keep up the great work, for as long as it feels great to you. And when you need a break, take it. Real ones understand. And those who don’t, just haven’t matured enough yet.
Yall didn't owe anyone an explanation but you still took the time and we appreciate it. Yall need to Washington on your tour stop we can come out and support yall.
Congratulations Adrienne! 🎊 💐 happy for yor marriage & your business with the studio! Respect to Sydney for showing y'all love & for him & Tacarra doing this episode!
Tacarra, you ARE funny! Comedians are professional roasters. Thats why she blocked you. She knew you were going to fry her. ♥️♥️♥️ Keep going! We gotchu!
Can't thank y'all enough for speaking the words that so many of us may not have to describe what we feel or go through. Especially dealing with death. It is so healthy to have outlets like this for the ones that understand these types of close losses✊🏽✌🏼🩵
I love this podcast 🫶🏾 I’ve been watching tacarra’s comedy for years and never knew about this big part of her story and for you both to carry on and come out on the other side better as friends is amazing! also I’m glad to see tacarra’s doing well despite the drama. As a real supporter of comedy I just wanted to share my support for y’all 💐
Comedy helps the people listening AND the people saying it. Comedy is a 2 way therapy. Comedy allows the comedians to talk about the BS they're going through and comedy allows the audience to laugh through their pain. And we all LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY! 😊
The opening was all the explanation I needed. I’ll stop wishing y’all together. The conclusion was essentially Ms. Williams reading my mind, but I take solace in knowing she has a twin sister.

She’s your balance bro. Like not in a romantic sense but as a cohost. Y’all just flow and bounce off each other so well.
Finally a podcast that is for the average grown up. Not goofy enough to irk me and real enough to take away Jewels. I love this podcast.
RETIRED… I meant to say the grandparents are RETIRED!!!! Not divorced …. RETIRED!!! 😊

Your chemistry with Tacarra as a podcast host can't be matched by anybody else. It just works and we need Tacarra full time, for real 🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
