Amazing review. As I gather I won’t be needing the milk frother, is this correct? Or does the milk frother make for better results? I’m so happy with this appliance. So much better than the automatic version.
Good Morning,
This machine as the milk frother attached to the side, allowing you to froth your milk as you would with our milk frother.
However, if you were interested in making other beverages such as hot chocolate, milkshakes ect, then the milk frother would come in handy for that!

Hello! would appreciate if you can help me! My machine isn't brewing coffee. When I press the button, nothing comes out, and when I take out the filter holder there is water and wet coffee there, but no espresso in the cup. Why is it happening?(

It just gives single or double shot espresso. You have to add liquid (hot water or hot milk) since it’s a semiautomatic machine.
Hello, the press and hold button manipulation doesn’t work. When we hold its stops after 2 seconds and we are unable to chose the quantity of coffee buy pressing longer. We are stuck with a 2ml coffee which is really annoying…. Have you got any advice ?

This machine is our coffee machine so you would only be able to use the milk frother to include within your hot chocolate.
We do have a milk frother appliance which also allows you to make a range of beverages. I have included our video for this below:

I'm confused how the espresso and Americano are made the same? wouldn't that just be a larger espresso though? or do you pour that into another cup of hot water?
No an Americano is an espresso with hot water added to lengthen it. Pouring more water through an espresso will make it bitter as it over extracts the coffee grounds.
It does not yield more coffee
