I have been practicing voice TH sound for a long time. Now, it is a little comfortable to pronounce but, I still find it hard to pronouce when it is followed by a word ending with a letter R os S. Hahaha. I often end of subtituting the D sound again. Haha
As an immigrant to Canada, I have been trying to improve my accent. Watch so many other videos, and I find that yours videos are the most helpful, efficient out there. Appreciate all the lectures!!
Nailed it! People from the north of my country tend to substitute with z whereas people from the south pronounce like d :) Thanks so much as always, Keenyn.
I had one student substituting th with d. Whenever he did it I hit him with a stick. Now he speaks like a native and sends me a bottle of wine every Christmas. Sometimes old fashioned and unorthodox methods work charms.
Hi Keeny ! I'm very glad to have found your channel out ! As a French learner in English, thanks to your videos, I can learn furthermore in English. Your videos allow me to improve my spoken and listened English very efficiently. Thank you and congratulations for your very useful work.
Hi Keenyn. Ciao from Italy. I am an American and my wife is Italian. She has been teaching an English conversation class to high school teachers. I used this lesson's pdfs the other day as guest teacher (I used to be a French teacher--long story). Anyway, the students loved it. I thought they were going to fall off their chairs! (Pronunciation practice is completely neglected outside of private language schools where native speakers are employed.) Keep up the good work. It really works.
Thank you so much Keenyn for another perfect lesson. I really have fallen in love with your beautiful American accent. I enjoy every your lesson cuz you explain everything very clearly. Thank you so much for your hard work!!!
Madam, the method of your teaching excels in transferring your thoughts into a unique one, accent and rhythm is impressive, hope in future you will guide us

Dear Teacher, Appreciated for updating us with such a great tip regarding TH. There is a question concerning it which is the pronounciation of the words ( close , clothes ) you now mentioned in this clip that those words are slightly different in saying although one of Engvid teachers said that they are absolutely said the same in American English; so I'd like you to do me a favor and update me with true pronunciation. Again Many thanks
CLOSE (the verb- as in "close the door") and CLOTHES are in fact said exactly the same in conversation. Did I say differently in this lesson- if I did that's an oops!
Here we finds and learn two English pronunciations systems that is American and British pronunciations,so we accepted both of them as origin English language and hoping to have learn more than usual!
