    The way you did the calendar on the "Notes & Planner" sheet is very clever! Also, you can avoid the #DIV/0! errors on the "Nutrition" sheet by wrapping the formula in an IFERROR like this: =IFERROR(AVERAGE(C51:C57),"")

    How do I go about learning and implementing various formulae as you have embedded in all your docs? I am a real noob to excel.

    Hi Bryce, great video! I appreciate I'm commenting a few years too late for you to probably see this but on the off chance that you do, how are you writing the formulas for the "Current" macronutrients and calories or are these being entered manually based on the progress?

    This is awesome bryce, however can I ask why when you input your individual weigh ins, the population of the graph is one day behind?

    • @brycebyte
      @brycebyte  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      to my knowledge the weigh-ins should be current but the running average should be behind...needs more data points than are presently available

    I luv you, coach. I was in love with Jonnie Candito but now he is too famous for me. Maybe you answer my pleas and desires. Can you please make a video about dealoding if you can? I have not found a decent one about this topic yet.

    Is this suppose to auto calculate your macros based off your starting and end goal weight?

    • @hundredandonenames
      @hundredandonenames 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      i don't think so, i think it assumes you already have your maintenance macros, and then you input those... or the ones you are using to bulk/cut
      it auto calculates total calories, once you input fat, protein and carbs

    • @brycebyte
      @brycebyte  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      nope, choosing macros is something you take care of outside the spreadsheet...just too much variance to rely on a formula
