    I had pulled blue wire out of the plug. Re-inserted and still had E-07 even though multi meter said I had power to controller. Confused me for a while but have figured out you have to turn the heater on for it to recognise fault has been solved

    hold the power button on for 20 seconds when you let up it turns on had the same problem straight out the box first time it ran out of fuel.
    not sure if that will work for you but it did for me. couldn't even get it to prime like the old models.

    Originally, my controller worked OK, except I couldn't set the time and timer. I bought and installed a new controller, and it does the same thing as the video. I was going to pursue finding a solution with the new controller. Now I think I may go back to the old one and use it manually.

    I also had the same issue! Thank God we're here to help each other out 👍 I had swapped out machines & the two controllers looked the same so I didn't bother changing it. I've done this before just by switching machines but not the controller and no problem. This time I had to use the controller that came with the new machine because I got the E07 code with my old one. All wiring harness, pump and connections were from the old setup. Thanks everyone for your help 👍👍👍👍

      I just swapped out the machine for a new one…. Kept the old controller. I had a feeling the new unit (3rd replacement already for other issues) might be hard wired to the new controller. If it works out for me thank you.

      @@SquareRootOf4761 _Sometimes_ the controller can be swapped, but for reliability's sake, it's best to switch the controller and ECU in pairs. There are different revisions and different manufacturers of the controllers, so they end up with different processors and different code, even though they look physically identical.

    Hi, i got E-97 error. Initially i changed control panel, no improvment. Then i omit all unnecessary connctors - the same - still E-07. Just left the main board. When i changed it my chinesse heater has started working.

    I had the same error just now. The Display does not talk to the Motherboard in the Heater. I had to connect the DIsplay Directly to the DIesel Heater to resolve the Issue Temporary, as I had made long wires so the Display can be inside the cabin.

    • @fourwheelsandaheartbeat6163
      @fourwheelsandaheartbeat6163 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Did that work? I have made longer wires for my display too and getting the e007.

      @@fourwheelsandaheartbeat6163 Yes, when I connected the display without the long wires it worked again. What is weird is that it worked with the long wires for more than half a year and the wires were not damaged or shorted. The Display lost connection to the mainboard while heating. I will test a new mainboard in a few weeks and report back.

    • @marydawkins4190

      I'm having the same issue. Can someone explain to me more about what is being done in this post and responses? I don't understand connecting what long wires and how do you connect the display directly to the heater? I got a new control display panel and it's now responding to buttons pushed but still getting E07 error and cannot get fuel pump to start.

    • @elektronikschmiede3464
      @elektronikschmiede3464 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@marydawkins4190 I think its a broken Mainboard Issue. The Board that sits on top of the Aluminium Housing. I have had my heater on while running the Engine and the heater was directly connected to the alternator instead of the battery, which could have overvolted the heater for a short while.
      The Error Means the Display can't talk to the Mainboard. If it's not the Display, its the Mainboard thats broken.

    E7 error code is to do with your controller wire being broken or the controller unit is not compatible with that unit

    • @kevinmcdermott3668

      No my one was not that , I have had the E07 fault for 3 days checking everything , But in the end I opened each connection box and with a set of long nose pliers made sure each pin was straight & in the middle , Then when I put the two parts back together I pushed the wires in a little more with a very small screwdriver so this made sure the connections were all connected & the fault cleared & now the heater is working great .

    I had that problem, at first glance the wires in the controller seem right, but at second glance, the blue wire was unsoldered it, just gently pulling out. So, I opened the controller and solder it again, the red wire was on the way, so solder it too. Now, so far working properly.

    Same problem. This morning I ran my heater highest heat setting for 10min like I always do after long night running on low heat to clear out the chamber. Travel home 4hr drive. Tonight turned it on pow. E07 code. After reading through partial comment. Just unplugged the fuse, waited 30sec put it back in. Unit turned on no error code. Have no clue. Hopefully that was a fluke.
