I think the structures are extremely old, but not on the order of millions of years. As we can create images of dinosaurs from their bones, the ancients could do so, also. The ancient's quite obviously had advanced technology(s) in order to have such an advanced ability in architecture and building science/construction techniques. Of course, human curiosity about bones, and even preserved specimens in ice or mummified remains, would be imagined as they may have looked to the archeologists of that time! Indeed, the few examples you have found indicate that such speculations were rare and not continued in tradition as are the other repeated images and symbols displayed in the temples and palaces which still exist; however old in time they were created.

There's no accurate dating process for stone structures. Because stones themselves are millions of years old. Estimation is done by finding any artifact found in the structure which they can relate to an era, or carbon dating of any organic material left in the structure, layers of strata the structure was buried in. But in the end these are all estimates. For example the structure may have never been buried as is generally in case of South Indian rocky regions. The organic materials and any artifact might be of a much later era.

And to know the carving is not made a 600 or 800 years ago its clear comparing it with other structures in same temple it was carved recently maybe 100-200 years ago by an another artist. And I thought of something it could be. That was a very large temple with a large foundation to go with it. Maybe during it's construction they unearth a dinosaur preserved enough to see it's outline and then they copy it in stone as part of the history of the temple. I have always believed and stuff like this makes me believe it even more. That either human civilization is MILLIONS of years older then main stream academia want to admit, OR that not all dinosaurs went extinct at the same time and that certain dinosaurs lived on into "modern" times. Were they were refered to as "Dragons" and "Sea monsters" or "Sea serpents" only to later either die off naturally with the continued expansion of humans or were slowly killed off by scared humans. Or maybe even both humans being much older AND not all dinosaurs dieing off 65 million years ago. when i was a kid way back then, my History teacher was HUGE into world trivia's. he told us waaay back then that in a old library, contained written details of kings and queens every day journal ect ect. I agree with you. Most of academia is based on somewhat modern European or Western views/thoughts. Did these experts and academics research selectively and deliberately ignored those that do not confirm with their ideas/findings? IMO, our modern world, ideologies, academic training and lifestyle are now based on Western influence. Eh, I think it’s more likely that “million” should be replaced with “thousand”. Archeologists and geologists alike don’t seem to have any comprehension of just how much time that is. I'm of the opinion that the ancient people must have known about the dinosaurs through archaeological works like we had done. If they were living at the time of the dinosaurs, the temples would have had a lot more references and carvings of them. The lack of carvings of dinosaurs indicates they knew of them but it was not at the forefront of their lives.

You've got some good points. I think that the carvers had scriptures or texts which mentioned animals like Dinosaurs. i.e. much like text books like today. Remember Hinduism scholars were much like scientists today and it's not surprising that they would have other branches of science like archeology.

Until they reach this age they go to Heaven anyway. After this age they must choose like the rest of us. Jesus, a sinless sacrifice, had all of the sins of mankind placed upon Him while on the cross. His purpose wasn't to take away all of the sins of every future follower but to become the pathway for us to Heaven, through Him to the Father. He is the Father in an Earthly form. He, the Father and the Holy Spirit are all the same God yet separate people. He taught us to Love God with everything one has and love everyone else as you love yourself and to get to Heaven through Him by believing in Him and calling on His Name. That prayer up there will get anyone that believes on Jesus to Heaven. I still practice meditation a bit, in my own way, and used to have practices that you would be familiar with. God revealed to me that some of them are the teachings of the demonic. The fallen ones (before and after the Great Flood) taught mankind the practice of spirituality. This eventually became Buddhism, Hinduism and several other religions. It was twisted just enough to be very attractive yet lead others away from Jesus Christ, who made all things in the beginning. I need no guru, transcendence, or enlightenment to experience God or His Love. I feel it all the time without the need for meditation. I have inner peace. I have a direct relationship and communication with God. He always hears and I see evidence of it. I know 100% where I will go after death and have no fear of dying. I feel God's love as a force inside me. God dwells in my heart because I invited Him there. I also see Him work a lot through my life. This is my God inviting you to come to know Him. This is His special invitation to YOU because He wants to be YOUR God and He loves YOU.

There was an article I read long long time ago so I do not remember the title or the author’s name. But he was a westerner for sure. The idea he proposed was so mind blowing that I still remember it. Has anyone thought what level of science and technology Humans would have developed in about 500-1000yrs from now? We could have mastered almost all the science fields you can think of. Am sure we would also master travelling to other planets and maybe other galaxies. Space Travelling and exploring other galaxies could be the favorite past time. Try to imagine that during one of these expedition, we reach a galaxy and find a solar system with perfect conditions for Living things. When you reach there, you realize that that earth like planet is in its very early stage of evolution with primitive human beings ( it could be any other brainy being, it does not have to be humans in its homo sapiens form). Imagine the shock of those primitive people who can barely understand science! For them, we will surely be nothing short of GOD! We may try to explain them the universe / science concepts, perhaps stay there for certain period, build certain structures and try to educate them by telling stories of our planet Earth. And leave that planet after a while. What do you think will happen to those beings? How would they even try to explain us to their generations after generations? Are you convinced with theory yet? It’s fairly possible, right? Now simply reverse this theory and imagine what if Earth was visited by a very very advanced civilization from far beyond our galaxy? And they visited when we were in early stage of evolution???? Maybe we were visited by aliens after all!! It’s just that they may not be aliens but an advanced civilization from beyond. As a young child (under 12) I would read anything I could get my hands on. This was in the 70’s, we lived near a high school campus and I would snag the science mags from the trash behind the building. I read about the Sanskrit and flying machines now in the Information Age it is very difficult to access that kind of knowledge. I think the structures are extremely old, but not on the order of millions of years. As we can create images of dinosaurs from their bones, the ancients could do so, also. The ancient's quite obviously had advanced technology(s) in order to have such an advanced ability in architecture and building science/construction techniques. Of course, human curiosity about bones, and even preserved specimens in ice or mummified remains, would be imagined as they may have looked to the archeologists of that time!
Indeed, the few examples you have found indicate that such speculations were rare and not continued in tradition as are the other repeated images and symbols displayed in the temples and palaces which still exist; however old in time they were created.

There's no accurate dating process for stone structures. Because stones themselves are millions of years old. Estimation is done by finding any artifact found in the structure which they can relate to an era, or carbon dating of any organic material left in the structure, layers of strata the structure was buried in. But in the end these are all estimates. For example the structure may have never been buried as is generally in case of South Indian rocky regions. The organic materials and any artifact might be of a much later era.

Talking of this structure, always a camel is drawn with elephant. Talking the misproportions of the size of body parts the thick and short legs and sharp beak, thats because of the size of the brick the elephant fitted in the brick and the camel was carved after elephant as comparing the size ratio the artist tried to keep it fair but ended in misproportioned body parts as the long legs and neck didnt fit in the same brick size so the camel ended in shorter. And to know the carving is not made a 600 or 800 years ago its clear comparing it with other structures in same temple it was carved recently maybe 100-200 years ago by an another artist.

I like your thinking - I like the questions you ask. And it's always interesting to hear you think out loud and share your thoughts. You did ask the question - What else could it be? And I thought of something it could be. That was a very large temple with a large foundation to go with it. Maybe during it's construction they unearth a dinosaur preserved enough to see it's outline and then they copy it in stone as part of the history of the temple. I'm not saying that is it - I'm just doing the "what else?" thing.

I have always believed and stuff like this makes me believe it even more. That either human civilization is MILLIONS of years older then main stream academia want to admit, OR that not all dinosaurs went extinct at the same time and that certain dinosaurs lived on into "modern" times. Were they were refered to as "Dragons" and "Sea monsters" or "Sea serpents" only to later either die off naturally with the continued expansion of humans or were slowly killed off by scared humans. Or maybe even both humans being much older AND not all dinosaurs dieing off 65 million years ago. Either way like you said, there is SERIOUSLY something wrong with the "Accepted version" of history and how modern academia want us to believe it happened. I saw Some animals sculpture in Markanda temple Near Chandrapur (Maharashtra). The same animal shown with elephant where elephant is shown very small . There is also evidence of dinosaur fossils near 50 KM range.

Amazing videos praveen. Loved watching all of them and I learned a lot each time. I'm of the opinion that the ancient people must have known about the dinosaurs through archaeological works like we had done. If they were living at the time of the dinosaurs, the temples would have had a lot more references and carvings of them. The lack of carvings of dinosaurs indicates they knew of them but it was not at the forefront of their lives.

You've got some good points. I think that the carvers had scriptures or texts which mentioned animals like Dinosaurs. i.e. much like text books like today. Remember Hinduism scholars were much like scientists today and it's not surprising that they would have other branches of science like archeology.

I’d say it’s a Camel “no disrespect” .. it seemed like the tail is at the length of a camels, it’s carving is set next to an Modern Elephant, and the reason why the head cracked , my opinion the Artist miscalculated the length of the stone carving the art , it looks like the feet are in water , or just couldn’t fit the rest of its feet! Making it look bulky similar to a dinosaurs...

There was an article I read long long time ago so I do not remember the title or the author’s name. But he was a westerner for sure. The idea he proposed was so mind blowing that I still remember it.
Has anyone thought what level of science and technology Humans would have developed in about 500-1000yrs from now? We could have mastered almost all the science fields you can think of. Am sure we would also master travelling to other planets and maybe other galaxies. Space Travelling and exploring other galaxies could be the favorite past time.
Try to imagine that during one of these expedition, we reach a galaxy and find a solar system with perfect conditions for Living things. When you reach there, you realize that that earth like planet is in its very early stage of evolution with primitive human beings ( it could be any other brainy being, it does not have to be humans in its homo sapiens form). Imagine the shock of those primitive people who can barely understand science! For them, we will surely be nothing short of GOD! We may try to explain them the universe / science concepts, perhaps stay there for certain period, build certain structures and try to educate them by telling stories of our planet Earth. And leave that planet after a while. What do you think will happen to those beings? How would they even try to explain us to their generations after generations?

Now simply reverse this theory and imagine what if Earth was visited by a very very advanced civilization from far beyond our galaxy? And they visited when we were in early stage of evolution???? They probably had fossils dug up and so the hindu scientists of the old age would have figured out what the animal could have looked like. Just like modern day archaeologists figure out what dinosaurs looked like from their bones. Ancient hindu archaeologists did the same with fossils they found. Anyway that's just a theory of mine.

Sir, I think that during ancient time people must have found fossils of dinosaurs while building the foundation of various structures and they interpreted the animal's structure and carved it out on a temple stone.
Maybe we could still find the fossils in the nearby area by conducting archaeological expeditions...
As a young child (under 12) I would read anything I could get my hands on. This was in the 70’s, we lived near a high school campus and I would snag the science mags from the trash behind the building. I read about the Sanskrit and flying machines now in the Information Age it is very difficult to access that kind of knowledge. What if ancient India and Cambodia found out the fossils of dinosaurs too? Maybe their carving shows that they also found out about dinosaurs too but they don't know what to call it.
There are descriptions in Hindu texts describing two headed giant eagles called Ganndabherunda which could carry off one elephant in each of its claws and Russian flag has a Eagle with two heads, they also described Timingala a giant whale which could swallow a whole ship in one gulp.

In this particular video, you have asked as to how this temple has dinosaur carved, and though I thought just like you when I started watching the video, one thought struck me and that is ....maybe their skeletons were found during building of these or other structures and they have re-created what the animal must have looked at these structures.
