HOW TO READ THE MEASURING TAPE / TAPE RULE / TAPE MEASURE.
In this video, i have broken down the measuring tape both on the inches and the centimetres side in a way that makes it comprehensible for a beginner sewist. Also i explained why i prefer to use centimetres over inches for pattern making.
Either one you choose to use for dress making, mastering the measuring tape and how measurements can be divided is important to achieve good fitting.
