Shay used Rise Rank-Up-Magic Raidraptor's Force to summon his Rank 13 Rising Rebellion Falcon. If it's Xyz summoned, it destroys as many opponent's cards. And if it has 3 different Xyz monsters as materials, the opponent takes damage equal to the atk of any monsters destroyed by this effect. Unfortunately, Shay has no voice lines for these cards at this time, which explains the lack of dialogue

@@dbzfreak60 He does, actually. Just look up the PHNI livestream, there's a video of Shun's section uploaded as "Yamato Kinjo's Amazing Performance (PHNI Livestream)". There's also "RISE, REBELLION! (Anime-themed/Pure) Raidraptor/Shun Kurosaki/Shay Obsidian deck, ft. PHNI support", a video which has English subtitles for the voice lines of Brave Strix and Rising Rebellion at roughly the 2 minute-10 second mark.
