Well, this lady came back the very next day to take delivery of her new truck. I went to get the keys, bringing her those & the portfolio containing owner's manual & bill of sale, & away she went. Two hours later I was told I wasn't supposed to release a vehicle to a customer without permission of the sales manager. And the dealership would have to pay this lady's traffic ticket because I forgot to put a temporary license plate in the rear window of her truck. So, I was fired... He would honestly take between 3 to 5 seconds to respond to a question or sentence. Until he did, he would stare you right in the eyes.
