I was searching for different meditation videos and somehow I landed on k videos, and my search for meditation and spirituality ended, i feel i would have found k earlier
As I living in India I came to know about him lately

Practice: More observing, less naming. All these years I didn't realize this practice was linked to controller/controlled = thoughts = knowledge of past. Timely post. Much needed.
We are funny. Our whole existence is built around the conditions that are totally out of control. But we still believe in nothing but control.
Society gives us a false sense of control. Did you notice that every human being acts like they have it all figured out? And the babies just copy their ignorant parents and the cycle of "knowing" goes on and on and on
Is control an awnser to the feeling of insecurity generated by thought that Can't exist in the present ?
@@xaviertiteca-beauport9164 feeling(thought) is like wave that comes and go. Natural phenomena. It isn't a thing we can or should try to stop. Usually stopping with intention only make it stronger or make it change its form.
IIt is a thing to be understood by observation as K said.

all in all, in the end, life becomes an act of letting go... but from the very start we are taught controle through how we are raised and what we obsereve when we are children and we carry this mindset into our adult life and we feel the need to controle everyone around us including ourself. We can have free will as long as that freedom doesnt impose on someone elses freedom. when we controle we lose freedom. can we unlearn what we have learned and become something better? as long as we take care of ourself, take care of others, and there are no rules, everyones fine.
One of the few , not like the rest telling us we are special and supreme beings , he tells us we are all nothing but a stream of consciousness .

It is our negative feelings that keep us in conflict and trying to control our thoughts!
6:02 The controller is the controlled.
Basically what quantum theory and also general relativity tell us: time is the unit of measure(concept) used by us to measure change.
Or as K says: movement.
What this extraordinary man here has observed and done through the movement that his own life was is basically being pondered on by post-modern quantum scientiests who are trying to postulate this through equations. (Would suggest watching Carlo Rovelli's interviews about time, and why time doesn't exist, and his descriptions as a quantum physicist are of events, existance and this whole universal movement we're all part of and make)
As I happen to see it K, Jacques Lacan in a certain aspect, Carlo Rovelli, etc.. are those beautiful manifestations of the universe itself by the means of the life of a human being who realises through an Augustine Conversio ad Deum probably it's principal ethical maxim.
Through the example of a truly sane and religious life, a life that knows and sees what is as a synonym of what's sacred.
After all isn't it our common denominator: The All?
I don't know. I hope and really share at least a thing with K's thought in this: I hope that I'm not really alone in seeing this.

Observation is happening. The observer is the observed.

How is the fragmentation of thought expressed practically in life, beyond theoretical descriptions? For example: abuses at work, wages below the minimum wage, multiple problems associated with employment. But where is work without abuses and subjugation? Does it exist or is it only an image in memory, a construction of thought, an ideal? Why is work separated from its own conditions? Is this how control over work is generated? What is the fact?

Words come from past. Use intellect, memory. Sight however looks forward without thought. The controller is controlled, the cheater, cheated, the thief gets stolen, the bully gets bullied and so on.
No escaping ones karma.
