Does it work for you while the PC is connected via ethernet? For me it never did and i was told it was because the app doesn't recognize LAN and wifi as the same network
Now that I think about it your ethernet is connected to the same network as your wifi network, so technically it should work with your phone connected to wifi and pc on ethernet and likely its not the issue which is very weird to me
@KimionTM weird, I didn't go into the technical part of how the app works in terms of connectivity, but network I doubt is the issue could there be an issue on steamvr?

Yes, my phone is on wifi and pc is on ethernet
