This lady is an excellent reviewer (and her guide to installing RBR was extremely helpful too). Some good picks here - one of about 80 hours into the game and loving it.
Excellent stage suggestions thanks. I'm also really enjoying this title. The main sadness is that Rally GB is no more, as that means that some truly great forest stages are missing.
Fafe stage isn't in the game because the Codemasters devs went there in early 2020 to scan the roads before they got the official WRC license, so they just scanned other ones in the area. apparently same thing happened with Mexico (and possibly a couple others?) but yeah, great little video! I don't own the game any more (I refunded it after playing 2.5 hours on steam because it looked and ran poorly on my mid-tier laptop), but I'm happy to see people are liking the handling and appreciating the use of real-life roads, just like DR2 before it. I just hope the next game is ported in UE5 or something so it looks better.
All the stages are based on real roads/tracks it's true, but I believe some haven't been used for rally stages before so they've used a bit of poetic license - in those cases (like Portugal and Mexico) they've done a really good job though as they're some of the most epic in the game. Great list btw, though I would have added the mad Soysambu stage in Kenya as well.
From what i have seen in dirt rally and 2.0 is that at least germany used the panzerplatte as baseplate and the monte stages were real to an extent, as were the wales stages
That blind Left 5 in Estonia is where I generally throw all the progress to waste, either by crashing into something, spinning in the grass or getting some direct interaction with the spectators.
At first I'm delighted with the intro specifically singling out the Fafe Portugal stage as THE bummer of missing in action. When I read first rumours about this title and all the real world stages, I was immediately thinking they were planning this stage as a 1st to-do. As well as emphasizing Ouninpohja as another elephant in the room left out (Paijala is only a weak plaster on the wound in this regard). Apart from that - this top 7 is a splendid bid ❤
That Estonian 1 Left😅 I never got it right yet, but Otepää is probably my favourite stage so far, along with the village passes at Rally Mediterraneo. Feeling the best in the '21 Fiesta. That car handles so well😮
That was excellent video, some excellent stages to attack this afternoon. Damn Greece was a challenge. Excellent spot on Doctor's Hill being Waipu. Any idea if Waiwera is a real road as well. The place is just sth of Waipu, but it also feels a bit like Wairarapa roads, could also be a Hawkes Bay road too. So many amazing roads in NZ. Brings back great memories of growing up on NZ gravel with no neighbours and a rear wheel drive 4 wheeler.
Good list. I'd add El Chocolate in Mexico too. Very technical and bumpy. There is a good recreation of it in Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo, but I always wanted to see Codemasters do that stage. And just like the rest of the game, they did a great job.
"El Chocolate" in the game isn't based on real rally stages though, it's just roads in the same region which look like it. it's because the devs went there to scan the roads _before_ they got the official WRC license in 2020. same thing with the Portuguese stages.
@@ianism3 Yep, very short section on EAWRC Mexico stage was part of El Cubilete stage of Rally Mexico in early 2010s. For Portugal, Codies used road between real Fafe and Viera Do Minho stages.
Nice list! I live relatively close to Ouninpohja and you are correct, the old form has not been used in the past years. The current stage uses a different name, but it has the famous entry to field and a tight hairpin part (known as Kakaristo) which attracts people year after year.
Col de Turini is also my favorite one. Its a pitty that its still got some screen tearing in that stage (ps5). But the game is going the right way. Maybe everthing will be fixed with the next patch.
@@OverTake_gg Maybe next year they will add it in. WRC9 added extra Portugal stages so there is nothing stopping them from putting it in EA SPORTS WRC 2 with the existing Portugal stages in it as well.
Don't tell me what to do!!!! Ive done my time in my own real Subaru p1 and loads of race bikes so i dont need to be told by a nerd to go to a channel because she's a rally driver so what!!!
@@TeamHorneyRacing I know, dude just flies off the handle over a simple suggestion. And what’s even stranger is that my suggestion was referring him directly to more of what he said he wanted in his original comment. “A female rally driver, more please”. SMH

Good picks, we love Monte Carlo too 😍
Also, stick some Eurobeat on Spotify and play Nenoueu Plateau at night.
How about a specific song suggestion.
I was and still am really hoping for Isegami's Tunnel! Please Codemasters please, ❤
Finally a really positive video about a game that gives me very positive vibes

Bring back Wales :D
yes, finally the stages are real! Always hoping to see that in a rally game!!
Lol, Dirt Rally 2.0 stages were already real.
Good selection :) Really enjoying the stage variety so far.

Drove Col de Turini yesterday IRL and it made me want to go out and buy the WRC game 😂
great choices from Emree! I wish there were more IRL WRC stages in the game but there's only so much that can realistically be in the game...

Thank you, thoroughly enjoyed your suggestions!! ❤❤❤❤
Love the mini as K-car remark lol. Had me laughing out loud. Love the list, about to try out some of them !

Monte Carlo ice is my kryptonite. I have a bad habit of going too hard and it's the worst in an ice stage. Great learning experience
I really would like to have super special stages on the game. Too sad there are none

Thank you for the list, love you Emily!
Good choices! I love driving during heavy rain and snow, guess I love the suffering xD
I really need to buy this game and handbrake for my rig! Quality output as always Team OverTake.
I’d wait for a bit. It’s not great.

Col de turni at night with heavy snow is super immersive
Awesome video...❤
Hopefully Germany and the vineyards will be added later on as DLC.
Great list. Used these stages for our upcoming championship practice on!
Also, check out the trailer on our page if anyone wants to join. Full rally 1 championship mirroring the real WRC 24 calendar as close as possible :)
I violently liked this video
Best comment so far. 😂
Col de Turini is also my favorite one. Its a pitty that its still got some screen tearing in that stage (ps5). But the game is going the right way. Maybe everthing will be fixed with the next patch.
I would definetlly add Croatias "Stojdraga" stage since its rlly close to irl road they drove in 2021 stage "Bliznec"
Col de Turini is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Otepää is prob my fav stage so far. Fast and keeps you on your toes. i
you can also compare WRC onboard footage to the game.
Yes, and we did it in the video in some shots 👍🏻 It replicates stages to a level that we wonder why it is not advertised more 😃 -Michel
@@OverTake_gg also that jump in 4:34 kalle Rovenpera had a moment thus year it was onboard. But he was in control
More bangers in this list than a Sunday arvo bbq, Aussie guy number 2 WR on your number 1 selection in the wrc cars (wet stage)
My favourite is definetely Kooraste in Estonia, its incredibly fast
I hope they include, walles, germany, argentina, belgium and turkey as well. I miss them from WRC Generations to EA WRC
At least parts of Germany will come with the CER, but I think you refer to Baumholder & Mosel stages - I agree! -Michel
I'm curious to know what portion of the stages are real and fictional. Also, if the real stages are complete or only parts of them.
This woman is a legend 👌🕺
Amazing game and loving the stages
Yay more Emree, our favourite
WoW that girl is really Happy :)
U guys should have a club for us subscribers to compete in!
In dirt finnish stage is made from ouninpohja stege😜
Päijälä stage is awesome in ea wrc,too few trees but still good copy of real life stage.
hahaha did she just drop a key and peele reference with black ice?
Loving this game
I swear the first one she mentioned in Portugal is in the game???
Good Video but what is with your Seat? Why is it shaking so much, even if you only talk?! Shouldn't a bucket seat be a bit more stiff? ^^
me: hopes fafe is in
EA: surely
In an interview they said that they just aquired the WRC license when Portugal was already done without Fafe 🥲 -Michel
@@OverTake_gg Maybe next year they will add it in. WRC9 added extra Portugal stages so there is nothing stopping them from putting it in EA SPORTS WRC 2 with the existing Portugal stages in it as well.
soysambu from kenya? saint-leger from monaco?
Idk why but you remind me of fat mike
Can yall compare dirt rally 2.0 to this?
Is Isegamis tunnel in the game?
No unfortunately not - Michel
Ouninpohja is pronounced "Oh-nin-poy-a"
Croatia - Bliznec
Crashing and winning stages just like Colin
Road/tarmac locations I don’t use. If I’m going to race on tarmac I will play Forza but I know they’d be fun but I treat this game as an off-roader.
I love the game, but it reminds me how much I suck at rallying lol.
The fun is the thing that counts!
Are they not all real stages?? Surely they should be?
No, Mexico and Portugal are based on real roads in the same region, but aren't part of real stages.
Love it!!!!!
A female rally driver, more pls.
You should check out the TH-cam channel Cookies and Cars then. And she’s an actual female rally driver.
Don't tell me what to do!!!! Ive done my time in my own real Subaru p1 and loads of race bikes so i dont need to be told by a nerd to go to a channel because she's a rally driver so what!!!
