- Our first vintage Harley Davidson Project. Tyson's Ironhead was brough back from the dead with a bunch of upgrades that kept this old girl in line with its classic roots.
Taking guidance from our owners Ideas and creating something that delivers on the look he wanted, but performs a lot better than what a bike like this should. With a hand built king and queen seat, stainless steel exhaust, and some serious upgrades to the 8" over k model forks This Harley Davidson Chopper was a lot of fun to work on for us and taugh me more than a few lessons on the way.

Love this norcal style chopper build. Going to do a similar build for my sportster.
Not my scene but that headlight and tank is sweet. Patina beats polish every time. Kudos to the painter for the tank, honestly thought that was old stock 👍

Very nice! Question does most of the peanut tanks have the indent around the gas cap?
No, thats a symptom of a beaten and repaired tank thats been welded onto.
The sheet metal has shrunken around it
does an angled frame damage the engine on a motorcycle? could it cause oiling issues?
This bike runs a dry sump so the pump/oil tank shouldn’t be affected by a few degrees rise. Wet sump bikes you need to see where the oil pick up is if you’re drastically changing the angle of the motor

Any information about the handlebar style or where it is from?
The bars came with the bike, we’ve custom made the dog one riser mounts etc to Suit the Sportster top yoke

Sorry mate! The bike had to get send to a mates shop for mechanical work + tuning before it could be ridden. Next time though!
