Great video and a nice job explaining.
However, I would like to correct you on your explanation of rigid-flex. If you simply connect flex circuit with a rigid PCB using a connector, it would not make it a rigid-flex. Terminology "RIGID-FLEX" is used only when flex is built as part of the rigid board. So you won't be able to separate them as flex is sticking out of the middle of the rigid PCB.
