Game of Thrones on HBO is one of the most popular shows in television history based on the massively successful book series A Song of Ice And Fire by George RR Martin. Fans can't wait to see what lies in store for Season 8-- will Jon and Danearys realize that they're related? Will someone finally take down Cersei? How much damage is the Night King going to inflict with that ice dragon. Despite the shows popularity though it's not without its flaws. Especially in recent seasons the show has gone off the rails a little bit-- and we'd like to think that could be traced back to the pitch meeting for that stated it all! Come check it out! @@kenburns4547 Well, the words "plot armor" make sense. Protected by the plot because they are too important to die. "Plot regeneration" makes no sense. Like, that would mean the plot kept being being reformed. Which has nothing to do in reference to a character being safe on the show.
Lets be honest, the real main Characters had Plot Armor since book 1.
A small wound killed khal drogo
A medieval equivalence of tactical nuke barely inconveniences arya

Super easy bearly an inconvenience in the latter seasons
arya was made invincible when she survived 5 stabs in the stomach and then diving into sewer water.
John was surrounded by wights and they cut away next scene we saw him he's fine
Sina Zarin Drogo was killed by the witch woman poisoning his wound instead of treating it.
I’m also gonna assume that actress had a bit of healing ability that perhaps she didn’t even know fully about. She did talk about always healing her brothers when they were hurt.
S8 King Robert would have healed with a napkin
“So we’re going to build on this zombie army for 8 freaking years.”

“And when they do finally show up, their leader is going to be super invincible! Like even dragon fire wont hurt him!”

@@Garek_George eastwatch by the sea, nearby has a harbor, ships anchors. Also the walls defenses had giant chains on them when they were invaded by the wildlings
I imagine the wights did the swimming. White Walkers would have pretty hard time swimming in ice cause all the water would freeze.
I always thought they did what Pirates of The Caribbean undead did... just walk there.
Late tot his chain but you actually see earlier in the show that same ice lake, and there is the remains of what I'm guessing is a whaling ship with big chains they probably hook up to the whale carcass, I'm guessing that was supposedt o be what they used but they never explain it or made it very obvious.
When he said people are gonna teleport around I died. Travel that would've taken the entire season before happened in one scene in season 7.
I remember when danaerys heard john was somewhere beyond the wall, she teleported from dragonstone to unknown location in 10 minutes😂😂😂Dragon be damned, that is strong plot armor for John.

A lot of that already started in season 7
everyone with a half functioning brain could've seen it coming, we were just naive to think it would go well. Especially if you know the books.... I miss you Stannis!
Season 5 started the rapid decline.
A lot of people were predicting it after the already weak season 7, to be honest.

@@gst013 It was already too late, though. The reason the next book is taking so much time to release is because the author admitted he had killed off a character he would now need to advance the story, and he doesn't know how to continue without that character...

no it doesnt , and before u beign watch and u watch and you clearly see they u turned the entire final season for fan service but it ended up killing its credibility because it ended exactly how everyone knew it was huge slap in he face to ppl who watched, then u see the true final episode and know it was bad, not to mention the cast didnt even want to do the final season so it was rushed, so the final season will never work because no one wanted it, thats why it was so lazy

I disagree. The first episode is what got me interested. It has great pacing, great cast, great music and dialogue. After that it turned into fantasy Days of Our Lives.
I put it off till about a year ago. Then I got completely hooked. It's so worth it.
