A video on tuning would be really nice. Which should include the reading of the plug, setting of the mix screw, rebuilding of the carb as in the case of when the float fills with gas, when to change and how to change the fuel filter, ETC. Very good set of basic videos, very nice work.
Great stuff, thanks! I'd love to see the best way to lube cables, and how to replace clutch and brake cables. I live in fear that one day one will snap and I will be SOL. I've got a Bajaj- but all of this stella related stuff is very helpful.
very good educational series of videos, makes understanding your scooter that little bit easier. thank's for posting them and keep them coming please...CB
nice, go on with the online viedo instructions. If you have some time to make another video: I'd really like to see something about the changing of the oil seals. Also the replacing of the clutch plates would interest me! probably not only me, but all beginning vespa amateurs... best regards!
The talcum powder is a good idea. Also, when changing a tube, inspect the inside of the tire to make sure there isn't a foreign object or rough spot that caused the tube to puncture or wear through.
Very informative, but you have infected me- now I want one of these things. I ride and love it, but I also love old cars and their mechanical accessibility. Drat, now I must find one of these to tinker with and love
Hiya Bob, thanks for the great videos! Any chance you'll do this for the Stella auto? Nearest scooter shop is 60 miles from me and I love to be handy anyways.

Thanks so much for this series. I've had a 1980 PX125E for about 12 years and I still refer to you from time to time just to refresh.
This tutorial series is a life (and money) saver. Thanks a million!!!
Great stuff, thanks!

The older the tire the harder it is to separate them. We used a new tire during the video, which made it look a lot easier.

I always put a bit of talcum powder inside of the tire to prevent rubbing of the tire/tube.
thanks bob from cumana.venezuela
