My Vespa Cosa clutch started dragging. The std Cosa clutch slots aren't deep enough to cope with new plates when they get hot and expand. They tend to bottom out. Take off about 2mm extra depth per slot will help. Also, remove with a hacksaw blade the 'in-between' cork sections of the plates to allow for better oil distribution!

man I would have removed that wheel hub leaving the wheel attached to it. Only one big nut and you have more space to work on.
I use a T5 cosa clutch, malossi 210 kit, with an EFL 125 gearbox with my sidecar.
No issues so far!!
