    The icing on the cake was the honesty in showing the shots. The ego didn't get in the way. That's why he is respected more than others

      there is a difference between confidence and ego.
      PMac is very confident and does indeed keep his ego in check.

    I go to a private range every sunday. There is nobody there so I can do sprints and pushups before I lay down some rounds. Good video...

    Ive used this type of routine and incorporated combatives and do this in my backyard and in basement. Its helped make working out be fun and its a blast making a routine. With the winter months and covid 19 my basement has been very busy.

    How much does the Bag of Body Parts weigh, and how does one make one (aside from the obvious dismembering of enemies for said bag of parts)?

    • @PrimaryAndSecondary
      @PrimaryAndSecondary  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      IIRC 50 lbs, sandbag

    • @GTF425
      @GTF425 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I made a sandbag using play sand and some ole spare Army duffle bags. I use one duffle as the actual bag to hold the sand, tie it off, and stuff it inside another duffle that acts as the shell.
      Plenty of good write ups out there for how to make a workout sandbag. Check out ITS Tactical's write up for inspiration.

    • @jg5941
      @jg5941 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Or go down to your local firehouse, they give out free sand bags for erosion prevention. I've got dozens now.

    • @GTF425
      @GTF425 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Actual sandbags wrapped in 100mph tape are useful to make small 10-20lb "pills" of sand, but the benefit of a larger bag with more empty space is that the sand will constantly shift around. So instead of moving around what would basically be a dumbbell, you're moving the same weight in a water jug with everything sloshing around.
      I personally like the Army duffles because they're pretty durable, cheap, dry fast, and I had a few left over after clearing CIF lol
