Yes, there was an attic pulldown ladder. This video was showing the 2x6 exterior walls which comes included with R-19 exterior wall insulation. Something like this would be in that mid to upper 200k range.

Mid 200's for something like this. This home is serviced by a heat pump located outside and the air handler is under the house. No furnaces. This home is sitting on a crawl space, not a basement.

@@GeaniW we are out of NC, we only build in NC at the moment. BUT Nationwide Homes - the producer, ships their homes all up and down the east coast.
