Great to see Tanya getting the recognition as an artist she deserves.Coming from Ireland she is a great ambassador and inspiration to so many young aspiring musicians here.We are very proud of our own.
Such a killer player with an awesome look. Tanya always looks like she is having a blast when she is playing. Check out the live stuff with the guys from Sepultura and her showreels. Brilliant!
I just installed a pair of Relentless J's into my Fender Vintera 70's Jazz Bass. It has a 7 1/2" fretboard radius, so these pups are perfect to compensate for that. They sound absolutely awesome.
This pickups sound very deep and thick, more like Humbuckers, reminds me the model J but wollier and growlier almost like a thunderbird at some moments, very cool and Tanya is a goddess!
I have DiMarzio p and j pickups on my 59 p bass bought used and not orig pickups. They are still kickin' and seriously turning house engineers heads with the sound of this bass.
Oh, just thought? What’s goin to happen when Bruce Dickinson makes a tune with Tanya??? Here we have Bruce’s Low end In step with Tanya’s bass style.❤❤❤❤❤❤ lookin forward to that Mach up❤❤❤❤
Sadowsky bass ' have built in active circuits, however, most of what your listening to is passive. There is a straight wire bypass on Sadowsky bass' Hope that helps, Larry
I only have one Jazz bass, it is a fretless. I started as a P guy, but my favorite set up is 2 humbuckers with 2 V-T knobs over a PJ. Jazz set ups seem so, um persnickedy? Is that a word? Anywho Rock On Tanya! :>)
Tony Franklin! I have Tony's Fretless wish I would have thought to order DiMarzio at the bridge on my Fretted bass. Jamerson and Babbit fan too from Motown days.
I knew Sadowsky was the real deal when I saw the interview with Verdine White and he said, after being asked what guitar he uses now “Sadowsky man, just Roger Sadowsky”.
Yes, but she demoed the individual pickups in the bypass mode and the both together through the Sadowsky preamp. Relentless Js will also make a Squire better as well. Hope this helps, Larry
Tanya, ‘I wanna Say’? Come on, they don’t speak like that in Mullingar haigh. You’re not a Yank yet haha. Big respect. Well done In everything. Still holding out hope to see you with Whitesnake 🤞🤘
That bridge pickup does not sound at all like the Jaco sound. It sounds nothing like a Jazz bass. Almost more like the bridge humbucker from a late model Ibanez SDGR. Interesting sound though. Great playing as well.
You guys are straight pathetic simps! It’s about the bass sound not how she looks! Get a pair guys!! What do you think she’s going to see your comments and find you 😂
Tanya should form a band with guitarist Nita Strauss, Orianthi and drummer Elia Wood and other pretty Singer..I don't know which one to suggest..you can suggest here

I agree, Larry
Sounds great !!! Thanks Tanya for the "crying in the rain" bass line at 4'10" and then "still of the night" 😀
Awesome! I’ve got my eye on a PJ set of these! Great work Tanya! Rock on!
Cheers! 🙂🤘
You know it's a killer bass when it even sounds good coming out of my cellphone 📲
Right!? Sadowsky and DiMarzio even manage to cut through a tin can phone sound 😆🤘
I like that the pickups have a radius! Nice! Saw that on Mcknight's channel too when he showed the P bass pickups.
Such a killer player with an awesome look. Tanya always looks like she is having a blast when she is playing. Check out the live stuff with the guys from Sepultura and her showreels. Brilliant!
Cheers! 🤘
SO happy Tanya is now part of the wonderful DiMarzio family! Welcome, you goddess!
Love you sister 😘
My 2 basses have Dimarzios (Model J and Model PJ), my HH Tele style will soon have Dimarzios. Just love the company and tone I get from them!!
Tanya is an amazing player. Check out this solo composition from her channel.

Oh wow, thanks for the blast from the past!!! 😆🤘
Hola Larry, podrías hacer una comparación entre ultra, área, ralentess, etc. Hay pocos videos para saber que Dimarzio elegir para bajos. Gracias 😎👍🏻🎸
I put them into a Squire I was modding, amazing set of pups! So strong for a passive set!
LOVED THE TONE...REALLY SOUNDS LIKE A BASS...THICK, DEEP AND KILLER TONES...
Stunning!!! The bass is cool too. Anyone else picture Kirstin Wig
Happy BIRTHDAY You are GREAT on stage and the sound is WAU !!!
Great tones,I love DiMarzio pickup I use them often
When I was 13, I saved up and switched out to Dimarzio pickups in my first bass. ❤
They make such amazing pups!! Especially their J pups! What a killer tone!!

That opening riff reminds me of Geddy's line to"Freeze" off Vapor Trails. Good stuff! 😀
I grabbed my guitar and played along for a few seconds so I can honestly say... I played "Still of the Night" with flerken Tanya O'Callaghan! ;-)
Thanks for stopping by and jammin along🤘
Wow, there was a bass guitar in this video. She really is a great player
This pickups sound very deep and thick, more like Humbuckers, reminds me the model J but wollier and growlier almost like a thunderbird at some moments, very cool and Tanya is a goddess!

Beautiful, funny, plays bass. I may be in love! 💚🎸
Oh, just thought?

Are they active or passive ?
Very cool
Can’t believe Larry Dimarzio is on here
He’s awesome
passive. great pickups!
Dimarzio only make passive electric bass and guitar pickups. The bass itself is active though
Sadowsky bass ' have built in active circuits, however, most of what your listening to is passive. There is a straight wire bypass on Sadowsky bass'
Hope that helps, Larry
Omg amazing Bass Tanya , I love you and your music ❤
which bass amp work best with Dimarzio Jazz pickups?
Sounds amazing, I love it, im looking to upgrade my 54 paranormal pickups, im sold
I’ve been searching for my paranormal as well, did you pick them up?
I'm doing the EXACT same thing
I didn’t expect triplets on Cryin in the rain. 4:29 bass face is welcome !
Absolutely love that intro riff ! Anyone knows where it's from ?
This is some of my own original music, not released just playing around with demos. Odd time fun with friend's 😆🤘
where can i find the tabs? And what song is she playing? want to learn. what song????
No tabs, just jamming along with my own original song demos 🙂 I must get around to finishing these tracks!
@@theplantbasedbassistreally interesting song, where can I hear it entirely?
❤Tanya❤🎵🎸
Absolutely love this woman
What is the piece of music played at the beginning, please?
I like the V for vegan in the 1st fret :)
She is making Whitesnake looking badass
..it sit perfectly on that bass ..
how not to fall in love with her?
Well, I just fell in love.
Love? What's love got to do with it? I just want a few hours where she can have her way with me!
Feelin' the "V" on the neck. Keep it up, Tanya!
Are there any plans on making a 5 string Relentless J set?
Hi Chris, Thanks for asking and yes. It's in the planning stages but no release dates as of yet. All the best, Larry
@@LarryDiMarzio Thanks Larry.
Can't wait
Great tone. Nice bass
Tanya sounds like a really nice, conscientious, intelligent person.
Very beautiful bass❤
Expensive also. And they don't do artist endorsements
Holy smokes she's beautiful. Wowzers 😲 I'm really digging the dreads too 😍

DiMarzio Rocks!!! Literally!!! Being born in Staten Island NY, I am naturally loyal to the best pickups on Earth.😎👍🎸
Beautiful human, beautiful bass
How do these pair with fuzz pedals?
I would say they pair well with fuzz since they're noiseless
A great bass player, I’d like to know more about the metal she plays and the Highway to Health.
Great job Lady Tanya
Need to try a set
Here to consider pickup pickup choices for my Jazz bass but dang I can't seem to focus on the tone of the pickups.
Beautiful lady an a brilliant bass player
great stuff T Bear. sounds killer. Gwan the town
Up the Gar !🤘
What band
Awesome ! Dimarzios
Oh, this was a pickup video?...I didn't realize...
What's the first song?
I knew Sadowsky was the real deal when I saw the interview with Verdine White and he said, after being asked what guitar he uses now “Sadowsky man, just Roger Sadowsky”.
Her being a Sadowsky NYC player has me at that! : )
It's not like they're in a Squier but a Sadowsky....... Does it still have the Sadowsky preamp?
Yes, but she demoed the individual pickups in the bypass mode and the both together through the Sadowsky preamp. Relentless Js will also make a Squire better as well. Hope this helps, Larry
The DiMarzio Relentless rules!
Tanya, ‘I wanna Say’? Come on, they don’t speak like that in Mullingar haigh. You’re not a Yank yet haha.
Big respect. Well done In everything. Still holding out hope to see you with Whitesnake 🤞🤘
❤Hi, I'm from the CZECH REPUBLIC. Did he think you could handle LEMMI?
Tanya has a fat tone and a stellar groove.
Amazing 💖💫💖
She's the real deal.
WONDERFUL !!! tanya
its a better planet to live on simply because you live on it too :)
Great pair of Di Marzio 😊
Ultra Jazz for me, I love 'em😁
That Sadowski does Jazz bass better than a Jazz bass.
Now I see why the paint is worn off the top of that bass.
Congrats T \m/
Cheers dude 👊
That bridge pickup does not sound at all like the Jaco sound. It sounds nothing like a Jazz bass. Almost more like the bridge humbucker from a late model Ibanez SDGR. Interesting sound though. Great playing as well.
What was wrong with the factory ones?
I played one not long ago, sounded very good to me, long time player too, just wondering?
Best -Regards
(you don't get dimarzio sponsorship playing sadowsky pickups)
How about Tanya likes the DiMarzio Relentless J better than the stock pickups?
@@LarryDiMarzio ok,good for her
Super!!
The bass sounds great. But I just wanted to see the most beautiful Irish woman iv ever seen.👍😍
And one of the nicest as well.
I know right!

Not too clanky/trebley. But clear

Give this woman a Chatman stick to play.
