Hey everyone! The Beatles are so legendary that they're said to have invented the eighth day of the week. They're just so iconic! Lol.
It's summertime where I am, but my telecaster still hasn't been fixed. However, I realised that I haven't covered any songs from Beatles For Sale for such a long time. So, I'm taking this opportunity to cover one of the songs from there.
Filming the clapping from that angle was difficult, and the video style was also quite challenging. Luckily, the lyrics were easy to get right, and I managed to line them up perfectly. For the video, I decided to use an aesthetic summer collage background, which is perfect for the song. I also added my twist to the video style, which was originally done by Ryohei Kanayama.
For the Rick 12-string part, I used my Epiphone Casino, and it's the second time it's been on camera! I performed this song at my school assembly, and the audience's favourite part was when they got to clap along to the "Hold me, love me, hold me, love me" parts. Such fun memories and vibes!
This is probably one of the most complicated video ideas I've brought to life, but I'm proud of the result. I can't wait to post more Beatles covers in the future! XD
