    How much is one bedroom now at Velaris and when is the turnover? Interested to buy.

    Price & Amenities wise. Yes! Velaris is better than Lattice. I think I made a good decision last month. TY Richard.

      Yes, but we can't discredit Ayala for having great investment returns (mostly double), especially for ALP projects. They are expert in terms of regulating the increase of prices. We have to see if Velaris can do the same. Congrats on your investment, amenity and facility wise Velaris is unrivalled.

      @@RichardCarvajal Agree. I invested in the Ayala condo also. Double in 4 yrs. I tried because of the Hongkongland partnership. like the Ayala triangle project. For me, it's Similar comparing to Mitsubishi Montero which has better technical features than Toyota Fortuner. But "Toyota has a higher Re-sell value". But I still bought the Montero.

    Hi Richard, is Cirrus a good investment as well considering Velaris would be the high end Condo while Cirrus is pang “Masa” condo in Bridgetown?

      It depends on what your goal is for the property (flip, rental, or long term hold/flip) and your exit strategy. All I can say is the location is really good, although the capital appreciation for the properties within c5 is still speculative, but investing on it as early as now will prove to be profitable, we just don't know how much. :)

    How many PEZA accredited buildings are there in Brigtowne?

      There are four PEZA accredited buildings all located in Bridgetowne QC side. There are still other IT centers inside Bridgetowne Pasig side - but not PEZA accredited.

    I wish I saw this before buying in Lattice a week ago. A private lift foyer for a 2BR? Never seen that in any apartment buildings. I wonder if this would appreciate higher than Ayala’s Lattice - any thoughts?

      The price points are ok compared to ALP/ Ayala Land premiere with less amenities and no marble finishes yet considered as high end (this is my opinion)
