    What I find especially useful here is actually seeing how you use your tools vs your hands while shaping stuff. I've got the same tools but still tried to do so much with my fingers, which naturally didn't work. Thank you so much!

    Hey, I recently started sculpting minis and I really couldn't find much useful stuff on making them. Your channel gave me the basics I needed and more. I've only made a few but I don't think I would've been happy with them if it weren't for you! Thanks alot

    While I knew these tips since they're also helpful with drawing, it's still nice to have some actual visual confirmation.
    Also that's a really nice cat.

    Dude! I just started sculpting miniatures! I literally just got all the basic equipment. There aren’t a lot of really good tutorials. I am so jazzed to see this.

    To help with the statements of reference images, might try showing the images you are using to do the sculpture.

    Hey, i really like your videos. They are so useful!
    I have a suggestion: im a Hudge fan of Star Wars and i try to make some miniatures of it.
    Could you make a video about miniature with lightsaber (what would you use for the blade? How would you make/paint it…)

      The sculpting of the blade would be fairly simple just try to create a smooth layer of green stuff over a wire, but to make it look any good honestly would come down to the OSL. I’ve done a video on OSL and there are a lot of other youtubers that have as well and the principles would be the same

    I am currently working on a set of miniatures for my DND party. We have an owlfolk (unearthed arcana), penguinfolk (homebrew), Dragonborn, tabaxi and yordle (homebrew)

    • @loreleihillard5078

      Are you by chance a party of furries? No hate intended, but everyone seems to be an anthropomorphic animal apart from the yordle

    • @peeer.mueller
      @peeer.mueller 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@loreleihillard5078 well, we are not furries but the yordle does have furr... I mean the Dragonborn has scales
      I am not sure about the definition of furries but owls and penguins don't have furr either...

    • @loreleihillard5078
      @loreleihillard5078 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@peeer.mueller it's more about being an anthropomorphic animal than anything. Also, I didn't know what a yordle was initially, so I had to look it up and from 5 seconds of searching I assumed it was somewhat similar to a gnome

    i personally find it funny that the video about anatomy features Spot, the largest anatomical anomaly ive ever witnessed.

    Is there any alternative to green stuff

    • @magicmissileminis9723

      Milliput can works similarly but feels more like a clay to work with and in how it sets
