I believe every man should cold approach. Mainly because it’s a masculine thing to do. It’s just HOW you do it. That’s where social skills come in. If you come up with some goofy pick up line it just makes you look weak. But if you simply introduce yourself and know how to read a woman’s interest that’s when things are best.
I’ve done it all. I’ve said the smoothest shit to women and the rudest most foul shit to women. Many times I don’t even think about what to say I just focus on my energy and I’ve had unexpected results.
I think a lot of guys who focus so much on choosing signals are really trying to mask their lack of social skills and their inability to deal with rejection...which is INEVITABLE. I’m not sure how goodbars do it based on your interpretation, but I’m sure having tough skin is apart of their game.

I agree 1000%. But it depends on the situation though. If a female is giving you signals, you still have to approach. If you see a female, and you think she’s smoking hot, and you step to her, you still gotta be able to read the signals from the jump after you’ve approached her. So, to be honest, it comes down to picking up on non verbal cues really.
I believe the idea is to go after whatever you want in life regardless the outcome. I believe a lot of dudes don’t cold approach out of fear of rejection. So they leave a lot of opportunity on the table by just waiting around for choosing signals. What some dudes don’t realize is it’s a lot of women who are just as shy and afraid to put themselves out there. So some women may never put out a choosing signal but internally want you to talk to them. It’s a lot of shy and insecure women out here.
shy and insecure woman can be alot to deal with. they may think they have nothing to offer, can't live up to your standards ect. it may not be worth it. same as men sometimes. its' up to women to deal with that themselves. same as men.

Getting choosing signals on a regular basis helps you know you‘re generally attractive to women, which makes cold approaching 100x easier because you know you have options so it doesn‘t matter to be rejected. Expanding your toolbox is therefore key.

There’s Women I’ve cold approached who I’d seen around the way who told me they’d been interested but thought I either ‘ looked mean ‘ , ‘ looked dead ‘ or shy from their words . Had a woman at my work who would go up to certain guys talk to them and show interest she always would avoid taking to me soo overtime i approached and come to find out she liked me but she said she thought i didn't like her.....the other dudes probably approached her right away and i never did soo you really don't know How she feels until you approach!

For those who don't want rejection I believe they lean more towards choosing signals than cold approaching. We've heard of "better safe than sorry" but sometimes "better risk than regret".
The risk is worth it.
For me is proximity. When they get in your space they're saying to themselves - o.k i'm here make your move. I lost big in some 1or 2 cases like this where I've come to find out later they were actually crushing.

Big facts. I just made a video on this 2 days ago. Some content creators have created a false dichotomy between cold approach and choosing signals. It’s all about intent. If I’m in public with the intent to talk to women but I’m just scanning for choosing signals the entire time like I’m a radar that’s weak. If I only look for choosing signals because I’m more likely to get rejected with cold approaches, that’s weak. A man will pursue what/who he really wants without being outcome-dependent. Choosing signals just add confirmation.

James Hughes I agree with your first couple points 100%. But the point in cold approaching is to pursue a woman, the same reason why one would wait for a choosing signal. It’s that simple. Unless you suck at reading people, you can tell if the chick is receptive within the first 5-15 seconds. About the same amount of time it’d take to notice and act on a chick choosing.

It's really about the type of man you are. If primary goals are to just reach life-shattering career objectives, you are not going to care about having a whole bunch of women. If you wanna get as many women as you can, you gotta cold approach. The difference lies between the nuances of the two and how you use them. At the end of the day, I believe a man should utilize both because each situation with women is different and they do not have the same personalities. As mentioned, some women are not going to give you choosing signals. The one chick I messed with back in I was tech school, gave me a bit of a stare for a couple of times in our first courses, but through the remainder of our time their, she acted like she was indifferent. She was actually totally into me but I thought I was too handsome, too big, too much of a jock and totally didn't want her. I did and as time went by, we talked to each other through the course of weeks and eventually hooked up when she dm'ed me on instagram telling me to shoot my shot. The rest is history. There was another chick back when I was in the Marines, I was talking to one of the duties at the barracks and this cute darkskin chick went by to go to the vending machine. I proceeded to stop talking to the duty and went to cold approach her. We linked up later that night. I also accidentally pissed off a lot of dudes who wanted her lol. Anyways, I used to be more hardcore choosing signals but as time went by and I become more accepting of who I am and what I want. I realize I needed to cold approach more women cause I have a high sex drive and waiting for choosing signals is a bit unfeasible. Unless you are at the top select of men, you are not going to get approached by women all the time, although I do have stories of those as well. If you aren't select now or at least have the potential to be at the top percentage of men, you gotta make do with what you got. And even we talk about the damn principle, I honestly don't even wait for a women to be super attractive, I just go for a woman who is at least a 5 and has something I can like about her. The reality is that beautiful women, especially 8, 9, and 10s are just not that common. You do want to go for the best woman you can get, but then you may not click personality-wise, different beliefs, she does not want you, character/trauma issues and etc. I would rather take a 5-6 that I can at least have sex with. Plus, being so hardcore choosing signals, I felt like a beautiful woman who barely has many sexual partners cause they were too beautiful. But instead, I was just sexually repressing myself because I wasn't being aggressive and honest enough. That's the downside of taking some of these youtubers so literally at times. But, it's also a great learning experience as well. Ultimately, you should become the man of your dreams and improve yourself in every aspect of your life, that would inevitably lead you to more success with women, thereby increasing your chances of getting choosing signals and even being approached by them. But sometimes, you just got to be that beast and just talk to a woman. Not only it makes you feel more manly, but you also become more comfortable just talking to women just out of instinct and not have that fear of rejection. I found that for me, focusing too hard on choosing signals made me less aggressive. So, you just gotta go for it. Don't spend all of your time approaching women or doing those thirsty approach 10 women a day. Most of these women are gonna be 5-6s anyway. Focus on your goals and become a better man.

The most Ultimate form of choosing I’ve experienced is a woman approaching me with money being placed out in front of me to grab. This have happened so many times by different women thru the years. My first take at age 13 this lady paid me on a regular and took me shopping to be with her niece that jut had to have me . She was a dime piece red bone so dam fine. Imagine how one would feel to experience such delight at that age

This is an interesting topic actually..and in my personal experiences, I’ve done both things, depending on the situation. Most of the time I’m just chilling....but I’m not scoping out a room looking for choosing signals. If I see a pretty girl looking my way, imma step to her and say wassup....that’s usually how I go about it. I’ve also had girls straight up approach me on a few occasions...and I’ve also cold approached many times too, and to be honest, it’s actually not that bad. You just have to be an above average speaker and you’ll be good. All of these instances have worked out for me. But real talk though, if you have to cold approach all the time to get girls, most likely you’re probably a non-select male. Just my opinion. Appreciate the game Uncle Rom💯💯

Rom, to enlighten you; on days when I turn my aura all the way up, for which I have my ways, I get the entire vicinity of female eyes on me. More time I am overwhelmed and humbled by it. Here’s the thing though. I am no alpha showpiece. My body is toned but slim/hardgainer. 5'7". I never get approached for conversation instead I get them bumping into me/accidentally brushing their body parts on me/moving close to me like opposite charges all the time. I’m in San Diego where walk ability is top in the nation plus weather. I ca daily and scoop all kinds of women. Fellas, be direct and confident. Don’t worry about the result, focus on the craft. You can gauge a woman’s interest by how long she carries the convo, which I look for 30 sec to 2 mins engagement. Everything you need to know about her attraction will be within that timeframe. If she is inviting with her body language, eye contact, playing with the hair etc, get the number. Anything else, just walk off, easy
