Since you are going all didigital why not put a 4L80E transmission in it and make it a real cruiser? And buy the way y9u are changing from a "V" belt accessory drive to a serpentine belt accessory drive. Just in case you miss spoke.
We were talking about tranny swapping it, but time frame wise, we wouldn't be able to do that and get the car completed in the timeline we want. Both Joe and I have full time jobs, so the push to get this overhaul done after work and weekends is going to be tight. For now we are keeping the Turbo400, but next winter we have talked about a TKX swap possibly. I did mess up the belt terminology haha thank you for the correction. The Belt drive from March Performance is also 2 belts similar to a V-Shape marchperformance.com/oldsmobile-ultra-serpentine-conversion
