In the Chu Shong Ting lineage of Wing Chun we do the form with an emphasis on relaxation, internal structure, opening joints etc. It incorporates movements from the first three empty hand forms (Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Biu Jee).
Performed by Sifu Scott Smith of Dragon Tao Kung Fu in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.

Really good form, thank you so much... patterns go pretty clearly performed, this double weapon form, when one hand does one movement while the other hand does a different or even opposite movement, is quite counterintuitive, but in the long run, it helps to promote better Neuropsychological responses becouse of both brain sides activated at once.
    Thanks, once again.

@@dragontaokungfu what can I say, butterfly swords are my main development tool nowadays...the sweat and blisters I get, pay the price for this calmness and joyful serenity.
Thank you again: your form shows me ways to Improve myself.

From my basic understanding of the Wing Chun Swords, seems to have some good stuff. The only think I don’t like is pointing your blades inward toward yourself. That’s dangerous. Maybe you can elaborate.

I noticed that there isn’t a video on the dummy form. Are there plans on that one being made?
