I’m the first to come in and they’re come in latter and I ran around like crazy to do the video because I had only so much space on my camera and I try to get it done fast

@@coolstorybro_cant_wait_4_movie yeah, we can get in big trouble at my store if we leave food from the night before. Everything is scanned out and thrown out at the end of each night.

What do you mean
Find an office job. Unless you plan to own your own business, food service requires a lot of time and effort with little returns and often poor treatment. Working in restaurant took me no where but things started to get better working in an office and learning the basic office organizational skills to in work any office.
You should change gloves when you’re done handling the meat😂

Usually goes to a compost pile. It's illegal for some places to donate food that doesn't get sold

The hot food that sits in the case all night cannot be donated because it Hass to be kept warm but all the bakery stuff all the cold stuff like donated pastries all that stuff they go Saturday they do donate that to the food bank

I work in a deli and temp checks, and daily date checks are routine... It goes unexpected what we as food industry people do
