What an amazing interview! It was such a pleasure speaking with Nick Wooster for this interview and I hope you learn (and laugh) a lot! We discuss fashion, fashion careers, whether or not you need school, what it really take to succeed in the industry, the future of retail, wholesale, and menswear, how fashion is a horrible business, the role of social media in our careers, second chances, ageism, what didn't we talk about?

Re: wearing items of clothing more than once.....I used to testify in court alot and had to dress 'appropriately' which meant a skirted suit. I had two and I would alternate them as I went to court. The judges would ask me if I only had those two and I said yes, that I could not afford to keep buying them just to look different in court each time. I explained that they would just have to get used to it and besides it was what I was there for that mattered, not what I was wearing. I'm really glad that I don't have to dress like that anymore as I don't see suits being made out of natural fabric anymore. I see almost all polyester fabrics for suits. Mine were always out of natural fibers such as wools, cottons, or silk. I was willing to pay money for a good quality item, but now, I just don't see the quality anymore. I don't know where I would even find a natural fiber suit anymore. I'm 70 now and I just dress how I want to...I truly don't care what others think about what I am wearing.. I'm happy. Thanks for this video. I had not known of this man before, but I did 'follow' him on Instagram hoping he will hit his million!

Loved this video. Thank you for sharing. And fashion isn't a young person's game. We count, and I am 61 and restarted.

He is so funny and honest. I was born in 1958 and totally agree. I was an asshole along with all my friends. We were spoiled.

Hello, I am a regular follower of your channel and in love with it .. The hard work you put in all of your video is unexplainable .. I have a question always come up in my mind .. what designers really think while making any collection? what inspires them? And how this inspiration actually turns into fashion ? I have seen many garments in fashion shows doesn’t wear by people in daily life than why it is constructed and for whom ? Where it is used after fashion shows and runway ? Do people really wear those strange accessories, dresses, shoes, and head gears.. This question always hits my mind ..pls answer me this in detail. I’ll be very thankful .. thank u and all the best for your future endeavours.

Very cute conversation! Thanks! but critically, I think Zoe has some deeper insight into certain fashion issues on her channel. Honestly as a fashion enthusiast, I didn't get too much new stuff from Nick's answers. Fun to watch though.

I think Zoe is on the money. There is a big problem with sizing and catering for different shapes and sizes. I am male, 5'3" and slim. I love fashion and great style, but it is impossible for me to buy clothes that fit and which are fashionable. I am not able to indulge in shoes as alternative being a men's UK size 5 with wide feet. I am literally existing in this weird no man's land of sizing that does not exist in between teen child and adult. Plus, yes I have tried kids and unisex women's. But truth is I would love a normal shopping experience. Even attempted making clothes for myself which is another problem area. Not enough media on alterations and fit in menswear to help create perfectly balanced and fitting garments like there is in womenswear

Hi Allan. I'm curious to know what your shoulder and chest measurements are. Also what is the length that you'd prefer to wear ?

Have you tried uniqlo. Some good fitting? It's my goto if I need something casual cos I had similar issues.

His comment being thick made me smile. Me too. I’m short. I am a fashion designer but I find it frustrating buying clothes for myself until recently. Know your body.
