Ron recalls:
“I’d been doing a lot of work at The Post Group in Hollywood, on Homewood Avenue. There’d been some interesting projects for different networks. This was just a quick little gig for a few days. Nothing unusual, though there was an imminent air deadline.
“The upcoming Larry King episode would be broadcast live from the set of 'E.R.' at Warner Brothers in Burbank, and they needed someone to cut a few 'roll-in' packages *.
[* Prerecorded pieces that are 'rolled in' to (played back during) the live broadcast.]
“That included an open introducing each of the characters, which was a fun piece to cut, as well as a couple of other segments.
“From all reports, the network was quite happy with the results.”
Notes:
- Presented here is a portion of Act 1. (This tape does not contain the full broadcast.)
- There are some video dropouts in the beginning of this copy of the show. These were not on the original tape as aired.
