@@TnT_F0X not really, it is likely a stretchy dough and the one they use is the "sweet rice" type, they are what is used to make mochi as well so you can stretch it way further than anything else made with other rice or wheat flour.
I wonder how long it took the chef to learn that skill to make it so perfect? Looks super yummy and fun to eat.

The difficult part to make this perfect is all about the dough and heat. The skill to make it large and round is not that extremely difficult, 7 days you can do it….
