Damn, it's like the lyrics are about looking back on the Ocarina of Time, and feeling that urgency to play it again even though you've beaten it a dozen times in your youth. OoT's not as fresh as it once was while newer games are out there tempting you, but it's ardency, or great Nostalgia is slowly pulling you back into it's universe

I give this guy A LOT of respect for having the courage to sing this song and post it. Also I think this guy's voice is amazing! It has that nice encouraging tone and really bring out the instruments. The lyrics are simply amazing they're very meaningful and it's amazing that he could write them. I have to say this guy has got a lot of talent and I think he should start a career in music.

I cried when it ended . it as my first Zeldathon , and i was so used to live with it , and used to the crew too . the grand finale made sad with everyone crying and telling they were feeling i am really sad right now , but hey , every good things has to end man .

As far as I know.. There is no instrumental version of this song.
@eminemboi4 yes there is a lyricless version of this song avilible as when Darangen wrote the lyrices for this song he was already using the instrumental version which is on OCremix (at least that is what it says on the website)

You have to take into mind that this is a fan made song, not professionally done. This guy deserves a lot of respect for what he has done, I would never post myself singing on the internet.
to be honest he's not a bad singer, people just hold vocals to such a high standard because the music industry has many performance enhancing machines.

Well, some of the lines "Things weren't always the way they are today, If only I could learn to change the past", which could be a reference to Ocarina of Time, when you think about it, since Link can so easily travel between past and future, but can't do anything in the former to change the latter from happening, since it's a time paradox (a loop). Or I could be trying way too hard to read into this.
