@AW Visuals - You'd get better 0-60 results with a throttle controller. I'd almost gurantee you'd hit lower 4's with this modification. The flap in your throttle body is still controlled by the computer which is giving you a throttle lag response. I'm an SQ5 owner with 15 grand worth of mods. Before that ever came about, it was a stage 1 APR tune with that throttle controller and I was eating up Scat backs and pulling hard from the dig on Hell Cats all day. Just a thought for the SQ5 fans.

What does it do exactly and how does it make the car faster? Also do you have the ultimate9 evc controller?
Nice video.. how is the reliability on this vehicle? I’m thinking to trade my stinger for an sq5. Also which year SQ5 would be the best to buy considering low miles.
@@awongvisuals 034, don’t really have a preference but I found them first and I run stage 2 on my b9 S5 and i they got rid of the CEL :). I’ve not had any issues with them.

Bro the turbo flutter noise is VERY bad for the compressor wheel in the turbo. You will get shaft play very fast if you do not blow the turbo first, I would uninstall that now. Only a wastegate should make a flutter noise... from time to time, NOT a bypass valve. (i say bypass valve and not blow off valve because adding a spacer into a bypass to make it vent to atmosphere is a no no)
@@wanaka6969 maybe you were lucky but the BOV you want to get is called a hybrid bypass valve, it stays closed during low boost to allow it to recirculate but during high boost it will vent to atmosphere. This will save your turbo from potentially failing early.

Absolutely. Warranty expires this year so I'm going to upgrade to an actual flash tune and IC.

The diverter valve spacer could be where you lost some power.

There has been so many tests done on compressor surge. Never have i heard its bad? I have ran many turbo cars like this with zero problems for years
