🦋 these are our favorite pizzas, we think they are better than frozen and takeout. We make bbq chicken pizza too or “supreme” with onions, peppers mushrooms and pepperoni. They are so good and the texture of the naan bread is awesome. 🍕

Try whole buttermilk to dredge in for fried meats, if you let soak in buttermilk overnight it helps tenderize the meat as well. I like it way better than eggs for a dredge
I would love to follow your channel since you have some good ideas. However you are speaking so fast with no direction or measurments. ..the gravy and sauces you made looked awesome but you said nothing or showed nothing on just how to make them. While many folks have an understanding of what you are creating there are those that have no idea on how to make a gravy or sauce much less yry to keep up on the speed of your speech. Could you maybe sliw down a bit and explain a bit more on what you are doing? Very frustrating.

When trying to adhere flour to meat, try putting on wire rack on a tray and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Works Great!
