How crisp is the crust on the pozza???? It looked like it was firm, and this is a first for me. This would be perfect for those RV nights or glamping adventures we enjoy having!

I think the pot pie was a fav, Inwould just add a few of my favorite seasoning blends into the mix! The rice skillet looks good, but I would mix in turkey or ground beef for my family! I would use the sausage for some black beans and rice! I have definitely enjoyed watching you cook foods that many of us budget mama's can throw together quickly! Thanks so much Kelly!

Loved all the meals you created. On the first recipe I bet you could substitute rice a roni Spanish rice and serve it with tortilla chips and give it more of “fiesta” feel. 🌮🥗

Hey! Well these meals come at a great time. I will be making them as soon as I have time in-between packing and moving. Yes I sold my house and a apartment opened up to. Actually 2 places did but I took the one closest to my Son. I'm just still packing boxes to hopefully be ready when I have to be out for the new owners. Stress level is driving me crazy! I recommend adding some pasta water to your pasta dish, it helps soften up that yummy sauce. Either way, everything looks so good!
