    I went around Australia five times going up to the Kimberleys and the golf and York all with the coopers they’re very strong tire. I had one trip with the BF Goodrich And four of them failed badly I had to buy four new tyres at Borroloola ($$$). I found that the 4x4 clubs are using BF Goodrich and I think most of the time they not towing, heavy trailers or caravans. Good and bad of Coopers are they are must more strong, even the side walls are stronger, but because of that, it makes a little bit harder To deflate them properly for sand work. Good luck.👍😎

    Been quietly following for some time. So good seeing you guys back out and back in the truck especially. Great video and really clever ideas! Noticed your video frame rate out of whack a few times. I'm a full time photographer/videographer. If you need a hand feel free to message :)

    Great video guys - does it get noisy in the master suite with the Diesel system and inverter under the bed?

    • @lappingtheisland
      @lappingtheisland  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      +@dukes4402 diesel system is pretty quiet but you can sort of just hear it if you listen out for it. Sometimes the inverter can be noisy but with 3 kids I would rather listen to it.

    Love the new van guys.
    I just noticed the slats under the bed. Do you guys normally adjust them? The left side one was not centered and I know a lot of people don’t know they can adjust the bed stiffness with them.

      @lappingtheisland  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      +@OffWorkAdv never taken any notice to be honest. I’ll have a look now. Cheers 🤙🏼

      I believe bringing the 2 plastic pieces closer to the centre makes it softer and separating them makes it firmer. Good luck 😀

    Hi mate Im guessing that system is 12V not 24 or 48 volt if this is 12 Volt those cables connecting the batteries are very small for thise size batteries and 3000 watt inverter, those lug terminals should be 95mm sq combined with the correct cable like (Bellmouth Copper Lug 95mm2 Cable 12mm Stud) combined with 95Mm Sq Orange 000B&S Cable this is to cary 350 amps or more at peak.

    • @lappingtheisland
      @lappingtheisland  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      it is only a 12 volt system mate, cheers for the info.

    I think you have your 9kg gas bottle weights wrong!

    • @lappingtheisland
      @lappingtheisland  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not what Google says, 2 x 9 kg bottles full is 36kg or about 18kg each full
